The dance was choreographed by the person that does the choreo for ateez as well. Thats why it hits so hard.

For me, Everglow has some of the most insane MVs I've seen in Kpop. I don't think even think that the big three: SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and now BigHit Entertainment, IDK IF THEIR MVs CAN COME CLOSE TO THE INSANITY OF EVERGLOW'S VIDEOS. The production, camerawork, the sets, the effects and CGI, are all immaculate and on a level that is much higher than that of other MVs I've seen, in my opinion. The budget has to be burning through the company's bank account xD

After a good ol' search, I found the director for FIRST: Kim Woogie (founder of MOTHER). He's also directed Everglow's Adios, DUN DUN, and La Di Da :)

As a Sound designer and music producer, I'm glad you pointed out how amazingly in sync everything was with the sound effects and how it elevated the MV to that kind of "movie" level.
It's very easy for the sound or visual effects to feel out of place in a kpop MV, but this one just nailed everything perfectly. Definitely up there in my top 10 MVs of all time, the song is an absolute banger too.

when you said there’s no other gg that goes that hard I realized that you haven’t reacted to dreamcatcher yet and let me tell you, *they go hard with the choreo*. You should really check them out, I recommend scream. Pixy also has really hard hitting dances but not as aggressive as this one. These 3 groups are the most hard hitting and aggressive girl groups that I can think of.

Everglow had 1.) One of the best debut songs of all time with Bon Bon Chocolat 2.) One of the most intense first comebacks after a debut of all time with Adios that no one thought they would be able to top 3.) Came back and topped them selves AGAIN with Dun Dun and had everyone SHOOK as fuck how they managed to level up yet again 4.) La Di Da came out and became EVERYONE'S FAVORITE COMEBACK OF 2020 and maybe the best K-pop song of a generation??? 5.) FIRST smacked everyone in the face and it's now proven that Everglow gets better every time and they will keep rising

The first scene on the loading docks was filmed after a storm came through and nearly took the production tent with it. So all the wind was an effect provided for free by Mother Nature. 😄

The Choreographer‘s for this choreography are also working a lot with a kpop band named ATEEZ. I’m not sure if you ever reacted to them but they are amazing and I think you would like them as well. I would recommend Fireworks ( I’m the one ) , Wonderland or Wave haha. I honestly like all of their mvs so maybe someone requested to react to them as well haha.

If you like really hard hitting girl groups, I HEAVILY recommend dreamcatcher (latest cb is odd eye) they without a doubt have the hardest gg choreo alongside many others but they’re on another level.
