Alright, I'll try to summarize it as briefly as possible. Lee Soo-man (owner of SMEnt.) back in 2016 talked about SM's new path they want to take and that is called New Culture Technology (Abbreviation is NCT, same as for the group Neo Culture Technology). Basically he said he considered their whole work with SM since the beginning as Culture Technology, therefore CT. This year in March and later than last month he completely kind of forgot about anything with New Culture Technology (I guess because many things of that did not work at all and even NCT did not follow the concept, which he announced before their debut, but that is another long story) and introduced that he wanted to transform Culture Technology to Culture Universe. First step of this Culture Universe is this new girl group æspa, which has regular members and ae-members, which are basically the virtual version of themselves. Here comes the thing. ae-members were born in their own world. The world is virtual world. As everybody can assume those regular members were born in our real world. But there is a special "in-between space" called digital world, where all of them can meet up. Part of this Culture Universe are fans and their chance to join this digital world to interact and basically live with their idols. There is said our ae-version is also born in the virtual world and we will meet also in the digital world as regular/real æspa members, but I guess you know, you will create your character like in a game... So the group itself will make songs and discography in general as normal group. No vocaloids, no "all 8 of them singing together" or anything. Those virtual members can just be seen in music videos and beside that they can interact through mobile app in the digital world. But Lee Soo-man said they would promote separately. Real members as any other group in K-Pop and ae-members in virtual world and that is funny. I mean, yeah we might get some animated live stage, but as he said, we cannot go into their virtual world, we can meet up in the digital world, so I guess SM can say something like: "Yeah, they are promoting there a lot! We are not just able to see that...". After all of this to explain one last thing. The abbreviation, which is so similar to Marvel Cinematic Universe, SMCU (SM Culture Universe) is this whole SM digital world thing. Just Culture Universe is like evolution of their Culture Technology in general, but this SMCU is this thing, which starts with æspa and their virtual members meeting up in digital world also with other people like fans.
I swear if Aespa tackles the bad side of the internet and social media or technology in general in their next single or album, they would be NEXT LEVEL 🙌

BLACK MAMBA IS THE VIRUS threatening the existence of the ae universe 2:47 when the mamba virus appeared, and she accepted the file and that is when distortion between both realm starts 4:11 they figure out there is a virus in the system 5:17 they start their war? lol 6:32 the mamba 8:48 the mamba takes over, basically after this both world crashes, as you can see the bright colours turn dark 11:52 ae ses for help 11:42 distortion of the ae member THE FIGHT CONTINUES
Great breakdown! I would also note that Karina is the only member infected/corrupted by Black Mamba. She's the one to open the file, she's the only one on the train when the venom is sprayed on the flowers, and her avatar doesn't disappear like ae-Winter!
After watching this reaction I stan AESPA more because they are legit monster rookies. Thanks to the crew who made this SICK MV so AWESOME. Thanks this legit reactor too because he really knows what he is saying about. Stan AESPA and this reactor! ❤❤❤
the black mamba is is the virus that prevents them from communicating with their ae, that's why you can see in the mv their aes where disappearing in their reflection. Also I think SM culture universe (really started in aespa's debut) they've been planning this since 2011
From what I've seen, this is basically the groundwork for their entire universe. Even the lyrics have stuff. So basically, the girls have alternate virtual selves, and black mamba is a virus that's trying to corrupt them and ruin the place they're in called KWANGYA which they mention in the lyrics. It's where they're able to meet their alternate selves. Also they mention a thing called KOSMO but I can't remember what it means.
Man this is just a reminder of how incredibly strong Aespa's debut was. Feel like maybe they were ahead of their time. It's a shame that they seem to have moved on from this concept but they still make amazing music so can't complain.

@@JordanOrme hey Jordan, have you react to Im Not Cool by Hyuna😭😭
when jordan said "contrast creates focus" i felt that in my soul
I feel like you’re going to really like this one. The visuals and transitions are insane 😍
Karina's visuals are insane 🤤
100th like
@@makemestopalt3608 and winter ❤️
@@rainydays2554 Karina def more my type but I mean I know winter is the visual so fair enough
@@makemestopalt3608 they all are gorgeous
13:53 you literally say their comeback song 😳😳😳
Thanks, Great job commenting. Up! Up! Up! Jordan needs to see this
Up this..
im gonna screenshot this
Up
I'm so lazy to read all of this🙂
They just put out a 10min Black Mamba movie
I swear if Aespa tackles the bad side of the internet and social media or technology in general in their next single or album, they would be NEXT LEVEL 🙌
YESS and also- did you just predict the future 👀
@@chainpace haha I think they did 😂
um....are you from the future?
Okay time traveller I see you.
Dafuk how did you know???
2022 i am still waching this reaction..this legenddddd
Jordan ain't ready for this one. Yes.
:)
He said "it's next level" and aespa comeback titled Next Level
Fun fact:the last scene of the mv, you can see a girl, it's BoA(a kpop solo artist),the last scene is the teaser of her upcoming mv/song.
I like that Jordan actually likes kpop and doesn’t just review for clout. Jordan is Bae
I’ve been waiting for your reaction. I watched other reactions about Aespa’s MV, but their reaction is soooo different than you. You teach lessons and we really learn about it. I loveee it and I like youuuu, your reactions are so sincere. Continue on teaching us these lessons from a video editor’s perspective! 💕 lastly, your theories about the song is superb! 👌
it feels like youre the first person to give a photosensitivity warning on a kpop video like fck i appreciate you
No wonder why they took years before releasing another girl group, they're so good, as well as you react Jordan... of course 🤣🤣🤣😍
The Meaning of black mamba
~a highly venomous slender olive-brown to dark gray snake that moves with great speed and agility. Native to eastern and southern Africa, it is the largest poisonous snake on the continent.
Pretty sure I'm not the only one that loves his thumbnails for every video...
I just realized that you said this 13:53, and aespa just comeback with Next Level, what a coincidence.
the speedramps during their dancing is SO SATISFYING

Truuueeeee 🤘
@@eliminjeong_ah788 no
@@yasuo1247 no what? HHAHAHA
@@eliminjeong_ah788 its not true
jordan really guessed the song title for their next song
my prayers have been heard
It’s so satisfying to see many ppl cooperate with each other to create art and music. And kpop is the best instance for it
Jordan is definitely an SM stan :-)
Edit: that is Red velvet ,Exo, NCT etc... and now Aespa 🔥
It's funny how you say "next level" in 13:52 and it's exactly their next song title🤣
their main rapper for a split second sang a vocal note of a3 in this song btw
I like how he's suddenly dancing to the song in the middle of reacting 😆
Winter is the lead vocalist, lead dancer, visual.. Real ace from AESPA
SHE IS FOREVER ACE IN AESPA 🌈🌈
(these r just my opinion😃)
ACE AND ICE PRINCESS ✨
its pretty obvious that they are all aces....
All are aces. Thank you 🙂
oh bat triggered?
char HAHAAHHA
jordan fanboying over the editor of this mv is my aesthetic
The way he didn’t finish the logo.... smh... I just needed to hear it again... also missed boa... but anyways we lived this it was immaculate thanks for reacting Jordan!!!!! Now I’m just gonna wait for 90’s love and breath
My bad! LOL
Your commentary and sense of humor are too good 🌟
I'm really waiting for his reaction
Finally
I'm late but wow! This is how you react people! When you're trying to sell a brand (ex: director reacting to ** mv) present evidence and act as your brand. I love how he reacts and educate at the same time. Now a subscriber☆
the memes never get old lol
:)
13:54 I can't believe you predicted their first comeback song "Next Level". 😳
10:11 When *I* realize it was a debut song
Then became a fan because of their amazing talents 💖✨👑
15:40 Even you said “Next Level” before aespa released it.
As a video editor myself, I can relate, I was SPEECHLESS watching Black Mamba
Niceee
We love a guy who does his research before reacting to the mv! It gives him much more insight and it’s more entertaining to watch
15:40, when he said how to take it to the NEXT LEVEL...it actually happend 😱😱😱🤣🤣 You know what I mean 🤣🤣
Jordan Orme! My favorite reactor and video editor, when's your reaction to GIRLS by aespa? :DD
BLACK MAMBA IS THE VIRUS threatening the existence of the ae universe
2:47 when the mamba virus appeared, and she accepted the file and that is when distortion between both realm starts
4:11 they figure out there is a virus in the system
5:17 they start their war? lol
6:32 the mamba
8:48 the mamba takes over, basically after this both world crashes, as you can see the bright colours turn dark
11:52 ae ses for help
11:42 distortion of the ae member
THE FIGHT CONTINUES
Great breakdown! I would also note that Karina is the only member infected/corrupted by Black Mamba. She's the one to open the file, she's the only one on the train when the venom is sprayed on the flowers, and her avatar doesn't disappear like ae-Winter!
@@aviatorcap true!!!
OMG! You're a genius for noticing these detail. I woudn't know all of the detail if you didn't point this out.
we now need a comeback just in case if the mvs are connected.
Also I think SM culture universe (really started in aespa's debut) they've been planning this since 2011
“the visuals on this… is next level”
he predicted the future
PLS HES NOT READY FOR THIS JSHSHSBS🥵
You really said they take it to the next level lol. You read their mind 😂✨
12:18 when you said “ok vocals” it activated my google home mini lol
Only reactor I wouldn't skip any part of reaction video cos I am constantly anticipating his reaction
and the fact that this is their debut song is wild
I can’t believe people were saying aespa copied other artists
when the literally have the most unique concept with an amazing storyline!
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED
You actually said "It's next level" @13:55 lol
All that’s left is wonho’s open mind 😛
Cant wait for the reaction omg this is gonna be iconic istg
12:18 to 12:19
fun fact:
if you look very closely at winter’s ‘reflection’,, it’s actually not her own reflection, but her avatar!
I hope he also has a Villain react video coming. I'm prepared to see him crazy react to that!
Yep, Villian is perfect for him! 😃
i love his reaction like it feels so REEEEEAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLL
From what I've seen, this is basically the groundwork for their entire universe. Even the lyrics have stuff. So basically, the girls have alternate virtual selves, and black mamba is a virus that's trying to corrupt them and ruin the place they're in called KWANGYA which they mention in the lyrics. It's where they're able to meet their alternate selves. Also they mention a thing called KOSMO but I can't remember what it means.
This is exactly what I needed. Thanks for the info!
Man this is just a reminder of how incredibly strong Aespa's debut was. Feel like maybe they were ahead of their time. It's a shame that they seem to have moved on from this concept but they still make amazing music so can't complain.
i love the way he explains everything with the mv's. this is like reaction mv that educates me with their edits as well
LMAO I JUST READ THE TITLE YOU'RE A VIDEO EDITOR OMG SORRY JORDAN 😭
This is the best reaction here in RUclips, and you're explaining it one by one :)
i knew this day would come....
