all of these are so important but for someone who specifically wants marriage really deeply, It’s important to listen to the first point he made about making sure it’s a mutual interests. sometimes it may take time for their attraction to grow to you so be patient and be their friend! The crazy thing for me was that for some reason I had a great deal of choice when it came to remarrying after a difficult divorce. Several women made plain their interest in a romantic relationship and some of them were drop dead gorgeous. Interesting that I needed to be sacrificial in the mate I chose. She was (and still is after 36 years) very attractive, emotionally interesting and godly. It was a difficult relationship for a long time while my new wife was recovering from childhood trauma. As she put it, none of the other guys she had been dating would have been able to “handle” her. Turned out in the long run to be the right choice and a very good “investment.”

I saw a woman at church on a dating site and reached out to her. She didn't remember ever seeing me (apparently) despite us going to the same church for over 10 years and I usually sat maybe 10 pews behind her. I think God brought her to me. She didn't want to even try a relationship but after a few years she might be weakening. I think if she changes her mind God will be the one who brings us together.
God is not a script. He works differently with different people. So your friend's story is not necessarily yours and vice versa. God, can lead someone to you, intentionally. Of course, you can not stay in your home playing video games and expect God to send someone to you. Be active. Be wise. Be in the service of God and then God will take care of the rest, wonderfully.

Your teachings are logical and sensitive to others, which I appreciate. I typically like to listen to words the Holy Spirit puts in my mind directly from scripture or as an application. I thought he said to me "This is the one" when I met a women at a college ministry group at my school. The funny thing is, I didn't walk in looking for a spouse, I just wanted friends to be around. It has been an odd road, and using the minimal facts approach, I can tell she cares about me and wants to be my friend. She even rescheduled a prayer walk she had at the local university in order to see my baptism. The thing is, my church was a 40 minute drive for her. If you are a woman, this is understandable, but your feminine conscious-subconscious duality can get in the way. Alright.... so may guy has become attached to me, fallen for me and opened up his heart and past to me within five days only and he is a pastors son who studied the bible professionally, was influenced by church but not the Holy Spirit but he prays and reads the bible night and day and has criticised speaking in tongues which is not a international language and clapping hands to christian music and he said that sometimes it takes much earlier to get to know someone and he admitted during a videocall yesterday to me and to his friend that he is trying to marry me but he has shown care towards me as a daughter being badly treated by my mother. Hey, I been with this girl for 3 years she’s great, we was best friends before we starting dating and I think that made our bound stronger. She’s a PK pastor kid and she’s really close to god, she been trying to bring me closer to god and it’s working but I’m the type that been through soo much and it make me question everything even god, she’s been helping me understand that everything happen for a reason which is true. Recently we been on the opposite side of things, we argue get mad at each other but end up fixing it which is good but it’s happening a lot. Last month she came to spend her spring break with me, we had sex. Next day she said she had dream but wasn’t sure what it was and wanted us to take a break from sex for a couple of months which I was cool with. Two weeks ago we was hanging out and she said she wanted to talk but we couldn’t cuz I had to leave to pick up my sister and told her I was gonna call when I get home, I did. We started to talk and she said she don’t wanna have sex nomore cuz she wanna focus on god, which I don’t have a problem with because at the time I was trying to do the same but still have sex part of it. I ask her how long is this going to be she said in the next 6 years cuz that’s when she want to get married and having sex now without marriage is a sin. Told her I understand and don’t want to get in the way of her relationship with god, and ask her if we can get married now, she said no she’s not ready and wedding takes time planning and all that. Ask her what about we plan it now and do it next year she said nah, told her okay so where does that leaves us she said she don’t know. This is perfect timing. Just got into a new relationship with a Christian man. And often I wonder is this from God. Did God lead us together? I have a genuine question. I have feelings for someone and that person likes me back, we are both equally yoked and love the LORD above all things. GOD placed in his heart peace that what we were doing was right. And We both prayed to GOD to tell our families about our feelings for one another, and there has been a lot of peace about it and now our families know. I have a good feeling internally about all of this but i really don't know how to identify the confirmation if GOD wants us to start a relationship.

The crazy thing for me was that for some reason I had a great deal of choice when it came to remarrying after a difficult divorce. Several women made plain their interest in a romantic relationship and some of them were drop dead gorgeous. Interesting that I needed to be sacrificial in the mate I chose. She was (and still is after 36 years) very attractive, emotionally interesting and godly. It was a difficult relationship for a long time while my new wife was recovering from childhood trauma. As she put it, none of the other guys she had been dating would have been able to “handle” her. Turned out in the long run to be the right choice and a very good “investment.”
Everything will be ok no matter how long it takes when God say yes nobody can say no waiting and be patient

I know im really late. So this seems kinda dumb but i'm really young. I'm 15 years old. I met another christian girl, and i had a weird feeling. I was in love, but differently than all the other girls i ever liked, there was neither lust nor selfish goals in my mind, i just felt she was the one god wanted me to marry. I met her before and i already knew her. I wasn't even attracted to her, but it suddenly hitted me. I live far away from her, and i won't see her for a few months. Just pray for me and pray that god shows me the signs and the path. If she's really the one, may god show it to me.

I saw a woman at church on a dating site and reached out to her. She didn't remember ever seeing me (apparently) despite us going to the same church for over 10 years and I usually sat maybe 10 pews behind her. I think God brought her to me. She didn't want to even try a relationship but after a few years she might be weakening. I think if she changes her mind God will be the one who brings us together.
I have always been told that God doesn't send us a mate but provides us with opportunities unless he wants us single.
God is not a script. He works differently with different people. So your friend's story is not necessarily yours and vice versa. God, can lead someone to you, intentionally. Of course, you can not stay in your home playing video games and expect God to send someone to you. Be active. Be wise. Be in the service of God and then God will take care of the rest, wonderfully.

I thought I had true love and soul mate in my second wife after the first abused me so badly. But after years, she, too, turned on me. I’ve come to realize the the ideal of a soulmate is rare and it’s more a matter of working at a relationship to get along.

I don't typically listen for the sake of learning ,only to make sure I am not inside my own head and allow myself to be accountable to what I call "Christian Common Sense". Your teachings are logical and sensitive to others, which I appreciate. I typically like to listen to words the Holy Spirit puts in my mind directly from scripture or as an application. I thought he said to me "This is the one" when I met a women at a college ministry group at my school. The funny thing is, I didn't walk in looking for a spouse, I just wanted friends to be around. It has been an odd road, and using the minimal facts approach, I can tell she cares about me and wants to be my friend. She even rescheduled a prayer walk she had at the local university in order to see my baptism. The thing is, my church was a 40 minute drive for her. Women don't typically do this when they want a fling or if they only see you as an acquaintance. I am waiting on what her next move is and praying things go well. God bless Mark!

If you are a woman, this is understandable, but your feminine conscious-subconscious duality can get in the way. Your consciousness wants what you describe, and I can’t blame you for it, but your subconscious, Paleolithic-derived hypergamy wants a man who provides “social proof” from other ladies. The female subconscious historically has a nasty habit of overriding the conscious mind, and doing things that she’d never normally dream of doing - and gladly justifying it! Social proof quells her hypergamy. It’s awful, but that’s what us men have to deal with. Men don’t have hypergamy or the duality, and the interest for a woman that doesn’t cheat or flirt is well-served with them.

Alright.... so may guy has become attached to me, fallen for me and opened up his heart and past to me within five days only and he is a pastors son who studied the bible professionally, was influenced by church but not the Holy Spirit but he prays and reads the bible night and day and has criticised speaking in tongues which is not a international language and clapping hands to christian music and he said that sometimes it takes much earlier to get to know someone and he admitted during a videocall yesterday to me and to his friend that he is trying to marry me but he has shown care towards me as a daughter being badly treated by my mother. He has also sent me very empowering and encouraging messages including biblical ones, so trying christian dating app has been more challenging than I thought.

God absolutely brought me my wife at a time when I wasn't looking for it. As the video says, too many things aligned internally and externally to ignore and I essentially gave up the fight I was having at the time with God.
Hey, I been with this girl for 3 years she’s great, we was best friends before we starting dating and I think that made our bound stronger. She’s a PK pastor kid and she’s really close to god, she been trying to bring me closer to god and it’s working but I’m the type that been through soo much and it make me question everything even god, she’s been helping me understand that everything happen for a reason which is true. Recently we been on the opposite side of things, we argue get mad at each other but end up fixing it which is good but it’s happening a lot. Last month she came to spend her spring break with me, we had sex. Next day she said she had dream but wasn’t sure what it was and wanted us to take a break from sex for a couple of months which I was cool with. Two weeks ago we was hanging out and she said she wanted to talk but we couldn’t cuz I had to leave to pick up my sister and told her I was gonna call when I get home, I did. We started to talk and she said she don’t wanna have sex nomore cuz she wanna focus on god, which I don’t have a problem with because at the time I was trying to do the same but still have sex part of it. I ask her how long is this going to be she said in the next 6 years cuz that’s when she want to get married and having sex now without marriage is a sin.
Told her I understand and don’t want to get in the way of her relationship with god, and ask her if we can get married now, she said no she’s not ready and wedding takes time planning and all that. Ask her what about we plan it now and do it next year she said nah, told her okay so where does that leaves us she said she don’t know.
And now I’m thinking is this really about god, but I know she’s not like that she’s really loyal and loves me
