Easier still is just to type into Google 'Property Appraiser xxxx county'. Once you get to the relevant PA page, you can search by name, address, parcel, etc, and it's free. Most have completion suggestion drop-down menus, as soon as you start typing. There is no need to pay for this info. It's all in the public domain, and it's the same database that the search engines that charge a fee extract their data from as well.
***** , Great video Seth but theres 1 main issue that A LOT of property investors run into. The vacant property address & the mailing address are more than 50% of the time, the same address. This makes finding the owner to the vacant property extremely difficult. Even in this short video the 2nd property you view after your first example had matching addresses. (Im sure that particular property was not vacant, but you get the point.

Why pay for free public information when you can get it free from the county clerk's office website.
But some of us don't have the time to go the County Clerk i am sur theirs

How do i go about finding property my uncle and aunt owned in Pennsylvania during the mid 60's? Don't have the address and i think i know the town's name. Not much to go on, but i would like to visit again one more time while i can.
If you don't know the current owner, I'm not sure how you'd find the property. Most of these real estate data services are predicated on the fact that you know either the current owner's name or the address or the parcel number... without any of that, I'm not sure how you could find it.
Invalid XML error keeps coming up when I try to agree to terms and conditions. Customer service was unable to resolve this problem and told me I was unable to use certain browsers. Changed browsers and still received the same error. Then customer service said I need to be on a pc to sign up. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Or you can do this for free on your County’s GIS website.... Or you can call the county tax assessor for free if you don’t have a smartphone.....
Totally! If you know where to look, many (though not all) county websites will provide this stuff for free online. Definitely worth checking out... though if you're working in several areas of the country and you'd rather have a single place to get this info, that's when a system like this can come in handy.
What about if you looking for empty land to buy
is there a web site where i can type the name in and find the the land they own on a map instead of this way?

I'm not sure if this is possible with AgentPro247, but I know it's possible with DataTree - they offer a lot of flexibility in their search functions (you can literally search for one name throughout the entire county at once - you don't have to start with the county and move forward from there). That would be a matter of looking up the LLC on the state's business entity database. Some states will provide all kinds of information and some won't.
What if they have a land trust?

use google Map. WHen your over that property, right click and choose whats there.
You will have the address, or the tax id to use

i am trying to find out how to get a hold of any investor relations for Intercontinental Hotel Group. I've researched the company and found their global HQ in the UK. No luck. I've tried with their USA HQ in GA. No luck. So I was wondering can your software dig on one of their domestic commercial locations to determine who the owner is (inc. company) & contact info? If so, It might be worth your while for us to chat.
Too bad it is so dang EXPENSIVE. :( Worthless to someone who just wants ONE and isn't a real estate agent.
