I always awake up on 4:00 in morning. This became my habit. And I saw the change in my life.
And also started a e commerce company.
I wake up at 4 am and do pooja for 2 hour, it's already keep my energy high during work. Previously my energy was low during work, I get exhaust by 4 pm, but now I have enough energy to get through the day.

I love to Wake Up before Sunrise, start my day with 2 glasses og warm water, followed by meditation and any physical excercise (yoga, running, walk) ended with pranayam....aur jis din SUNRISE k baad uthti hu...Sara din mood low rehta hai

4.6:30 to 3:05 school.
5.3:05 to 3:30 lunch .
6.3:30 to 4:00 mobile.
7.4:00 to 6:30 school work .
8.6:30 to 7:45 RUclips .
9.7:45 to 8:00 Have dinner .
10.8:00 to 8:10 Dip almonds and brush your teeth .
11.8:10 to 9:00 Reading books .
12.9:00 to 9:10 meditation .
13.9:10 to 9:30 Mobile .
14.9:30 to 10:30 reading or English
speaking or listening or writing. 15.10:30 to 10:40 night questions light off.
16.10:40 to 6:30 Have a sweet sleep .

Yess im agree with u sir I usually sleep at 12 and wale up at 7 and u said true I.e evening chronotype students have more stress and enxiety im also sufering from this 😢 that's why I design to sleep early and wale up early somedays I useful to wale up early and those days where my productive days

Maine bahot try kiya but hota nahi tha fir maine pashupatinath vrat ke bare me suna aur shiv ji ki puja shuru yakin maniye jis din aapne shuru karne ke bare me socha usi din se aap jald uthane lagjaoge shart sif ek hi hai aapko tobacco ya other jo bhi habits hai vo chhodna hoga subah nind se vo hi insan jaldi uth nahi pata jo koi na koi nasha karta hai

I wake up at 3.30-4.18am evryday.then i fresh after fresh meditation upto 1 hour then do yoga for 30 minutes.after pranayam for 30 minutes. I go to bed at night 9.45pm
