Wow! First of all thank you so much for your amazing videos. I’ve really been enjoying going through them and practicing with you! Second of all, my job involves lots of standing, walking, lifting and squatting so your hip, back, shoulder and upper body videos have been a godsend for me. I was thrilled to see this lower body video today, it was just what I needed. Overstepping dragon, quite frankly kicked my ass! But that’s how I know I really needed it. I can’t wait to repeat this video and see how that pose changes for me. Thanks again 🩵
I am on my feet 8 hrs a day in retail, plus lots of walking and rebounding, so this one is for me😍. Over stepping dragon was great and I so needed it. I used a block for the propping hand. Toe squats can be very challenging and painful for me. Sitting on the feet for this long is way to much if I have lots of tension in my feet. Very beneficial is leaning forward into something like a half puppy pose to take off too much pressure. Maybe also an option for folks who experience the same problem. This surely is a practice I will return to in combination with some mobility exercises. Thank you, Shaunneka😘😘😘.

Loved this one! I struggle with toe squats but am working on spending more and more time in the pose each practice, so thank you for including them. I know as a runner its a great stretch for me. Also please let me know some of your favorite brands for athletic wear. We appear to have a similar build and size and I always love your outfits ❤
