Pikes Peak in Colorado

While in Colorado Springs Stitch took me up to the top of Pikes Peak. The drive to an elevation of 14,115 ft above sea level followed switchbacks to reach the parking area at the top. At around 13000 ft we stopped at a large parking area to assess the rock formation called Devil's Playground. The day of our ascend to the summit by vehicle the weather was an exceptionally clear day perfect for viewing.

I've driven a lot of Colorado back roads and that one is probably one of the scariest paved roads that I ever been on 🫨 but you got to love those lower gears and save those brakes. Another excellent video.
