@@asifakbar2963 Hey everyone! Today, I wanted to share with you one of my culinary passions: fries, ketchup, and hamburgers. You know, those three elements that go so well together to create a comforting and delicious meal.
I mean, who can resist a good serving of crispy fries dipped in ketchup? It's the perfect combo for a movie night or just a little indulgent treat.
And what about hamburgers? Those juicy and flavorful delights between two soft buns, topped with melted cheese, fresh veggies, and tasty sauces. With fries on the side, it's just heaven on a plate.
So, if you're craving a meal that hits the spot, look no further than fries, ketchup, and hamburgers. They're here to satisfy your tastebuds and make you feel good.
Alright, I won't keep you waiting any longer, I'm off to prepare myself a nice burger with fries on the side. And remember, it's always better with a good dollop of ketchup! Enjoy your meal, everyone!

Dr. Ekberg, thank you. I'm a subscriber and watching your videos for years now. I was type 2 diabetic for 12 years and on 2000 mg metformin a day. I've learned so much from you and some other doctors on RUclips equal to your caliber. For 4 years now I'm off metformin and statins by following your advice and recommendations. Lost 20 pounds without even trying. Highest A1C in the last 4 years, 5.7. Total cholesterol, 154. I've learned more from you in 6 months than I've learned from my doctors in 20 years. I'm very proud of myself that I told my doctors that. God bless

Lost 17 kg (I'm 195cm and was 114 kgs, 37y) this year (46 days) doing omad, eating daily 400 grams of beef (occasionally pork/chicken), half a cup of kefir, 2/3 eggs, 2 spoons of mayo(or changing for cheese) and salad - mostly olives/sourcrout/cucumbers in brine/broccoli/mushrooms and nuts. Drinking only water, and adding simple minerals and vitamins diet supplements. On top of that, I'm doing walking and weight lifting. Never felt better in my life. Doubt I will change anything, finally my life does not revolve about food, I'm simply not interested, I have other better, more stimulating activities to enjoy.

I am 60 and I am slender without a belly. In better shape than when I was a young adult. This is because I cut out alcohol, bread and other bad stuff. I still need to cut sugar completely out, but I have a weakness for a bit of dark chocolate here and there. Thank you for explaining the calories! Yes, a calorie of sugar is NOT the same as a calorie of nuts or veggies! I also eat plenty of good fat. If something says "fat free" I won't touch it, because fat is supposed to be in foods such as yoghurt.

I’ve watched many of your videos and the information in this particular video is a great overview of the belly fat issue. It’s been one year now since I started watching your videos. I’ve struggled with health issues my entire life and now I am largely free of any chronic illnesses. After losing 105 lbs in the last year, all my blood test comeback normal. No more high blood pressure at all. No more GERD, gout, snoring or digestive issues. My BMI is 22 down from 37. I’m also off of most medications. My doctors are having me stop them one at a time with a month or so in between to watch my labs and make certain things go well. So far it’s been great. I eat like a king, great delicious food and plenty of it. Just a bit more belly fat left to lose, 5 lbs or so, and I’m still making progress.
One year ago at age 66, was so sick my doctors told me I was in danger of dying soon if I didn’t change my lifestyle.
I feel 30 years younger now.
    You saved my life.

Eat organic only .. I presume they use tents.
I cannot afford organic so I only eat the stalks which I reason has much less glyphosate than the flowery heads.

Great video as ever, but I would suggest one point of finesse. When working to loose that belly fat DO carry out crunches both straight and working the oblique/laterals around the core so that as you loose belly fat the development and feeling of having something that might be a six-pack struggling to emerge from the void spurs people on to complete the job. So depressing to loose excess body-fat and have little gain to show for it. Those striations that appeared by magic as I lost fat were so motivating.

Dermatologist now wants to put me on transplant drugs as nothing apart from steroids works and I can't have a high dose of those for any length of time. I've decided to try carnivore or maybe carnivore plus a few other things. I'm OMAD now on a mostly whole food diet. I think the limits of the carnivore diet will be helpful for me. If there's too much variation I can't trust myself to not add in things I shouldn't! 🤞

I watch your videoS daily for 15-25 minutes to keep me motivated as I start my weight loss journey 1/29/24. I am 55, male needing to lose about 50 fat lbs. I am typing this on 1/22/24 and have lost 15 lbs, through significant calorie reduction, IF 18:6, once a week 24 hr fast, cutting ALL sugars, Carb reduction, etc, etc I am 24 hours into a 48 hour fast as I type this. I NEVER would have even dreamed I could do this type of fast. I WILL make it to 48 hours. Most importantly, I am getting healthier....very slowly.....I must stay patient and not cheat.....so far 4 weeks in and I have been SUPER good!! I went from FEASTING for years and am really trying to practice your teachings......I am also exercising HIIT 2-3 days per week for 25 minutes each session. THANK YOU.

Dr. Ekberg, thanks for your extremely clear, educational, interesting videos. I've been following your guidance for some time, with good results. My objectives are loss of weight through maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. I have a question regarding exercise. I've been 2mad for a while (breakfast at noon, dinner at about 5-6) with occasional omad (breakfast around noon). For exercise, at 60 years old, I walk or cycle 3-4 times a week. When would recommend the best time to exercise, most beneficial for burning fat? My bike rides are usually in the morning, soon after I get up. Walks are usually afternoon or evening.
