Thank you EONutrition! I've been plagued with seborrhea and rheumatoid arthritis for 40 years! I've tried everything! These two videos had a very loud ring of truth to them, so I couldn't get the B2 and B7 here fast enough! I started taking them 2 days ago, and I can already tell you have hit the nail on the head finally!
I do copious amounts of cod liver oil, vitamin D with the K2-M7, all the B vitamins in non-fortified yeast, natural C, magnesium, zinc, and many others . . . These two in much larger quantities was the answer all along! RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!
My face from the seborrhea, my hands and back from the rheumatoid arthritis are feeling at least 50% better today! In all the excitement, I forgot all the other stuff. I'm going to go take them NOW! If you look up in the air and see a speeding bullet, it's me FEELING GREAT!
Thank you again, EONutrition! You are worth your weight X 100 in gold! 👍👍👍👍👍

@@emosag Do you have other autoimmune system problems? I have rheumatoid arthritis. I think seborrhea goes hand in hand with autoimmune problems. If so, you should see improvements in that also. I'm taking twice the dosage, Mr. Elliot suggest, in both B2 and B7. Be careful of all the fake vitamins! 95% are fake! I'm going to double dose for a couple of weeks, then go to his normal dosage. I hope it works for you as good as it has worked for me! 👍👍👍👍👍

Biotine and B2 are both blocked by avidin and the white needs to be cooked separately as they need 6 mns to neutralise avidin.
That why you say cooked eggs also have avidin, as they are usually not cooked enough.
I eat raw yolks and also raw whites sometimes, but I drink them away from food when I want to clean the gut (they are meant to glue microbes!).
In carnivore, raw whites act like a soluble fiber, they clean the bile. So eat them alone.

@@kaseya9638 Still the same problem. I have IBS-D fat malabsorbtion / bile acid malabsorption and also dry skin and dandruf. I recently found there is a probiotic by Douglas Labs which is ST-11 which is studied to fix gut problem so there will be proper skin barrier so the skin won't be dry and no Malassezia overgrowth. Also, you can use C8 and/or C8 MCT oil on scalp which will kill the yeast, but the root problem is skin barrier due to dysfunctional immune system from gut problem. Some also use this C8 caprylic acid taken orally and it has cured their candida and also their skin sebboretic dermatitis problem has gone away too. Others cannot tolerate it will orally though and it causes diarrhea. I am taking a anti-candida supplement called Candex right now and may also try oral or topical MCT oil. You cannot take any MCT oil though because it will have C12 lauric acid which feeds the Malassezia. Loreal did the research and developed the probiotic. I have also not tried ant anti-dandruf shampoo yet, but I'd rather address the root problem.

@@JulesnJems You're cool , thanks for sharing your hard earned insights 😊 If my current plan does not work out (Pork belly, beef, eggs and butter) I will completely switch lanes and try out your template. I'll add bits of yours from tomorrow, some salmon, liver, chicken wings from tomorrow for some extra nutrients.... I wouldn't be brave enough to try the liver raw tho😄 the risk of needing antibiotics and damaging the gut microbiome again.... but of course there will be less nutrients after cooking and it seems you have done it lots so maybe there's a safe way which I'll read up on. I never heard of glutemin I will research that lots too and find out about bone broth. I had an amazing experience a few years ago, I ate nothing but turkey breast and eggs for almost three months, somehow I didn't die of rabbit starvation. I morphed from a really sickly fat person who could barely move into a (best way to visualise it ) male Sophie Ellis-Bextor in her video "Catch You" with not a bit of fat on me. It was just surreal. I had unlimited energy, I was working out for 8 hours a day. 4 hours cycling on the roads. 2 hours intense HIIT in the gym. 2 hours weight lifting. There seemed to be no glycogen in my muscles and they never got tired. I'm trying to unlock that mode and level of health again without following that dangerous and stupid meal plan. I hope it was total adaptation to zerocarb which I only recently found out about. I have been doing keto with mixed results since then. Anyway I'm rambling on! 😊 Really glad to hear you are healed , psoriatis can develop into psoriatic arthritis (30% of people), like it did for me, mine stays in remission if I stay in keto or zerocarb, it's so dangerous, you should be careful eating extra carbs for sports!

Hi, I had the rashes two times since I started ketogenic diet 2 years ago and healed once by antihistamines and the other by supplements. What I learned about my experience is that my liver and gallbladder cannot process a huge amount of fatty acids due to the diet. Since it’s hard to see a doctor during this pandemic, I would tell you the supplement I tried. (I got it from Amazon - Dr. Christopher's Original Formulas Liver and Gall Bladder Formula Capsules, 100 Count www.amazon.com/dp/B000N38PMO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_kXktFb8W56QGQ) I took 2 caps twice a day and drank water with a spoon of apple cider vinegar which helps digest fatty acids before every meal. I stopped taking it after a week because the rashes were relieved.
If you had the same rashes I had, it would be so itchy especially at night. I highly recommend to take a shower with cool water and apply a body lotion before going to bed. Hope this is helpful.

Oh one more thing, I would recommend to avoid high histamine foods if you had the rashes like mine. It would be definitely helpful in curing the rashes if you avoid them for a while.
