We finally went to the track with the Bias Ply Tires and it was amazing. The amount of grip is insane. Can't wait to go back.

Nice hermano!!! Still good low 11's is great man. Do not give up!!! Un abrazo!
Hi what psi did you run on front and rear? Also what rpm do you launch at? Do you pop the clutch or slip it with that setup
What wheels and tire specs did you have and what did you change them with?
11.0 is moving!! I may have missed ot but what are the wheel and tire dimensions?
blknblubkrdude The wheels are RaceStar 17x10.5 and the tires are Mickey Thompson Bias Ply 28x11.5-17LT.
nice... whats ur mods on engine and are u running aftermarket axels. thanks
It's just the VMP Gen 2R stage 2 kit, VMP Tune and Long Tube Headers. Yes, I installed the DSS 800hp half shafts.
Hey, man nice car! What do you need to put those on? Such as Relocation brackets...etc
I have a Ruby Red FBO Performance Pack!
Nothing, just the wheels and the lug nut kit.
Thanks bro
How's does it feel at the top end with those biased ply rear and front radials? What pressures for the rears that day? Cool video!
At the top end it feels weird, it's definitely not the same as street tires but it's safe either way. The pressure for the bias ply that day was 18 psi, in other future track days I lowered the pressure to 16 psi and the launch was a lot better.
@@BryanVizcarrondo Cool. Thanks for the reply. Hope you hit that 10 second number !
I did later that year. I don't have the car anymore. Check my channel if you want to see the video when I did the 10 second pass and why I had to sell the car.
@@BryanVizcarrondo congrat on that might 10 number. I'll check it out later !
Whats the tire size......
Nice runs do you still run the Bias ply ? N what’s your set up?
What psi did you run in the tires
Cmoney White i had them at 18 psi, but next time I'll try at 17 and see if i can get the car to launch a little better.
THAT 5.0 GUY how was the swaying
It's not that bad, just a little bit at the top end. But you'll get used to it.
Hey! I have a manual s550 gt and just started going to little river myself! Do you still go?
I don't have the Mustang anymore but i still go to the track with the Veloster. I'll be at the track tonight testing the veloster, let me know if you're going.
THAT 5.0 GUY we actually might be! I’ll be in a silver ‘16 California special. Hope to see ya there!
See you there!
Nice runs! Did your car sway alot at the top end of the track running the bias in the back and radials up front?
heyzeusd Yes, but not something out of control. Most of it is when braking not when accelerating, unless you make a big correction which I did on my first pass and scared the shit out of me😂😂. But the rest of the day was fine.
THAT 5.0 GUY Awesome! Thank you for replying. I have a similar build as you and I've been contemplating getting bias plys over drag radials. I know once you mount bias ply skinnies up front, it should eliminate that sway. I was still curious on how it handled down the track. What psi did you run? Live your channel btw, *new subscriber*
18 psi. Next time I will try 17 or maybe lower to see if i can hook up better.
Why did you call that hellcat a moron?
Because you DON'T PUT ICE ON YOUR SUPERCHARGER it's very bad for them
What size tire you running? I have some 15x10s going on my 13 yote
knightryder93 I'm running 28x11.5, but my wheels are 17 due to bigger brakes in the rear of the S550. But you're OK with the 15x10 on your S197 Mustang.
THAT 5.0 GUY i was wondering but your car looks amazing man
