Pretty weird that after evrything Taker has done for Vince, vince seemingly, or maybe in some interview had with him in the past thats now been released in this documentry has now come out claiming Taker wasnt even concused in that match.....and he was infact dropping about out of shock that he was asked to lose.....even though the concusion was medicly and official conffirmed and diagnosed.......Vince is now going on like Taker had never took a loss ever before as if he had no clue wat it could be like to take the L or booked to take the L.....Vince basicly trying to say the shock of his descision to end the streak.. of having Taker lose at mania and brock go over was too much for Taker and sent him into some sort of altered state.........implying like Taker was in so much shock about the streak ending and him losing to the point he was just dropping on his way out to the ring, dropping on the floor in shock during his ring steps light raising entrance, completly out of it doing that ritual removing of his coat, and then the hat.., and couldnt perform properly.......thats pretty low of vince to make a illogical claim like that.. as coming out and with all the caskets on stage, the walk to the ring, and the raising of the lights ect, including going face to face with brock both ready to go to war, taker seemed to be fine...no glassy far away look...he actualy looked quite focused and ready to put on a decent match....only thing i did notice, from the begining of the build for this match it looked like Brock actualy out weighed taker by quite abit.....yeah Taker looked taller than Brock but standing next to brock did not look like the typical massive Undertaker everyone was used to seeing.....he didnt look at all like the shape and size we were all used to seeing and really should of been .....it was the first time id ever seen undertaker physicaly, muscle, size and weight wise that actualy brock with his size and weight looked more physicly imposing, wen usualy they are both a good match to each other.. ...and with the way taker was looking and how strong brock is its not suprising taker got hurt in that match.....later on wen Taker came back to fued with brock for their summerslam match and hell in the cell match Taker looked much much healthyier, bigger and stronger and looked to match up well with brock....and they both ended up having a much much more phisical match with Taker being fine.....it looked to me like that wrestlemania match with brock taker had only been given very very little notice and hadnt prepared or trained for a match especialy with brock the way hw should of.....vince is lucky that Taker was able to go on auto pilot and go through the motions of getting the match done and it look ok ...as it could of endedd much much diffrent with the match being having to be stopped, or just looking a complettle mess...or someone being serriously hurt....you could see ther was a point were taker began having this glassy look in his eyes....as if he was a million miles away, and going through his motions of being the Undertaker in a match many many years back......its lucky things worked out as they did.....otherwise mania that year could of become a disater.....kind of low of vince to basicly say ther was nothing wrong with taker and he was just putting it all on out of dissapiontement an shock....or does Vince somehow still think even at the age he is that mark is this indistructable machine and is impervious to injury and pain...and all the colapsing and not remembering really was out of just shock and dissapointment....i dont get it...maybe that interview has been taken years back....were vince in his own way was actualy trying get taker to come back out at wrestlemania and go on a mad rampage, just tearing everything up... vince does have aweird and eccentric way of doing things.

I think he got concussed after Vince told him the streak was over💯🤣😂
I got a little choked up when he said Brock and Vince rode to the hospital together.
31 years ago I was severely concussion in military to this day I can't remember that whole week prior and after the accident
It's not only us that got upset with lesnar ending the streak
Some superstars themselves, like kane for example, actually thought that the finish was botched, so the match's gonna be restarted
When he found out that the streak was broken for good, he became livid
I don’t want to remember that match either. The streak never should’ve been broken.
Now that’s what you call a dead man walking
Yes
The concussion was terrifying, but can we take a moment to appreciate how badass The Undertaker is when he tells us 'At some point I broke my neck and didn't realise.'
The best part is seeing the cameraman in the wide angle shots
“Wrestlemania 30….that was with Brock right?”
That tells the whole story
Greatest of all time right there!
So, from Taker's literal perspective, he never lost the match. That would have been awesome if they asked what his name was and he said, "The Undertaker."
It must be so scary to not being able to remember things and parts of your day.
To this day I feel like the streak should have never been broken but Vince has to show that no one person is bigger than the wwe in his mind and weird way of thinking. The streak made you excited for Wrestlemania every year. Wrestlemania kind of lost some of its luster after that.
That's insanely dangerous. He could have forgotten his wife's name and all. Taker was such a lucky guy to have lived through that
We'd ourselves wouldn't mind not remembering the Streak being broken rather than the Undertaker not remembering
I always wished they would’ve called in audible and had Taker win that night. Hindsight Bray should’ve broken the streak the next year.
Incredible story, that was an incredible match. Glad taker is okay.
Only fitting, he deserves to have no recollection of the ruining of the streak that should've gone unbroken.
Imagine being the doctor in the ER and the undertaker shows up 😂
This is a the explanation for why the streak ended, in my head canon.
0:49 Man, that had to be disappointing for him. Seriously, just out the blue, Streak was over?
I haven't been able to find a clip of it since--I think WWE has futzed with the audio--but on the live broadcast, I distinctly remember hearing Taker call for the spot right before the reversal into the final F5.
He was concussed, and he was still the one calling the match.
He must have a strong neck to not realize it’s broken
If you’ve seen some of his interviews he’s had so many injuries, man’s probably had surgeries on his whole body
@@Absinthexx7 oh I’ve heard him talk about his injuries. The orbital sock injury is a popular video I’ve seen across RUclips.
Probably wasn't a full break, just a partial.
I've heard the same thing happened to Buster Keaton.
He isn't the first wrestler, alot of them have found out after the fact they've broken their necks. It's one of those things where somehow you don't always realise/notice it's broken. Chalk up the issues from it to other injuries/wear and tear
Taker was definitely the toughest dude. Broken neck at some point and worked it off.
I remember when I was 13 I got knocked out in a boxing ring. I don't remember the hole day. I remember waking up after being knocked out. But still to this day 25 years later I can't remember that day.
Should Broke have been the one? Probably not but that and the Cena match later that year helped make Final Boss Brock and made WWE a ton of money
Yeah no. Kill an over two decade long storyline for an already established guy is a complete no, not "probably not." Brock was the last person that needed it and if they did think Brock needed it, they shouldn't have had Brock lose to Cena in his first fckn match back. The whole thing was a mess and some of Vinces worst booking in the history of that company.
I don't have memory except my tears . I forgot that match..and the other match ...the streak is still unbeaten \m/
“I didn’t even know I broke my neck at some point”
Dead Man Walking
Something similar happened to me when I was hit by a car. It was like I went to bed on Friday and somehow woke up in the hospital on Sunday. The mind and body are amazing!
The streak should have remained intact.
How scary is that coming from Taker ,What a legend but damn 🥺
That’s my brain on lack of sleep 😂
Mark was in auto-mode after concussion, the rest of the match. Tremendous!!!!
Probably the most important moment in his career and he doesn't even remember it. That's wild. Pretty sad too.
Maybe it’s a sign that it was a bad call. If the great man can’t even remember
Let me tell you something brother..Make a webseries on his career. With multiple sessions include all of his matches and life moments ups and downs.. he is a once in century athelete
So his memories of that match is the same as us: by watching it damn😢
Undertaker should join judgement day as their manager
Lol
They put their body at risk just to entertain us wow😢😢 RESPECT
Blimey! Even he didn’t know that the streak was going to be broken until 1:30pm that day! 😱
I remember in 1995, the Undertaker was in Poughkeepsie NY. He came to Vassar College on a warm sunny day dressed as dorothy from the wizard of oz, started screaming in this high pitch tone while skipping around in circles with a basket of chocolate easter eggs, and left through the woods.
This why wrestler isn't fake because what they put there body and mind through
Watch the ending again and that expression on the Ebony gentleman's face in the front row said it all.
