      Yeah three times per week would be sufficient

    You mentioned adding dynamic lifting "as a cherry on top", does this mean that you could still do well without it and by just training strength and speed?

    Would you say the sprinting and jumping would help with Olympic lifting? I think I have ok strength but my power is very lacking

    How about becoming more ultra endurance all day energixzer bunny type of athlete? I would assume more time training than being explosive?
