society's expectations (original song)

hi! i wanted to show a song i wrote when i was just 13 years old, yet still was old enough to struggle with the pressures and standards social media has held not only me but other people to for years. which really isn't good for anyone, especially for the teenage mind.
exactly a year later after it was written, i had to submit a poem for homework, i sent a condensed version of this song, and little did i know that it would get published in a book for a few months. i'm proud that this song was liked among the people who read it and other people found it relatable. i hope you'll enjoy it the same, if not more.
