Nice vid! Learned alot. Are you using a stock chassis in this vid? Because when I compare mine, yours look alot longer than mine (No pun intended). I'd appreciate it if you let me know, thanks!

Change de position of the steering arm on your servo.

Good idea! We did get a new servo and its now much closer to the center of the servo arm now.

It's kind of sad to hear you blame the car like that. You need to have the K989 model for racing. Take care.

It is 100% the cars fault it’s a pain to work on. But I do mention multiple times that the car wasn’t really designed for what I was trying to do.

If your ring is on the wrong side or backwards, it will spin the opposite direction. Try flipping the diff around.

@@TheShopMiniRC i did! it works now, it just needed to spin the wheels a bit after i flipped it around

I'll just say k969 diffs are fixed minus the gearing inside that make it a mechanical diff, really cheap plastic, the kyosho awd mechanical diff is a better quality plastic, I would go with a ball diff, all those cnc aluminum k969 upgrades you see everywhere are rough, you will need to make work, and not really sure performance wise if it's worth it
