    Love your food. But where can i get the ingredients here in London? Are there alternatives to the main ingredients like the Njangsa?

      Thanks so much Eve, I think you can find Njangsa in any Afro-Asian shop in London, there should be a couple of them there. I am afraid the main ingredient here is Njangsa, you could substitute with roasted ground peanuts but then that will be groundnut soup which is completely different.
