I love this one, along with his (David's) 20 minute Pilates posture routine. Great little workouts to do mid-day to get a little sweat going and make your body feel great.
I've been doing Yoga for 4 yrs now with Dean @ MFY which has really upped my fitness levels, so was surprised at the effect this workout had, I really felt the burn in my butt cheeks & also in the Hamstrings. The main difference is that in Yoga you just hold the position whereas here you've added movement, also a few new moves. A really good one as an alternative to keep the muscles guessing! I really like this workout but want to point out to people with arthritis in knees or other knee problems that the curtsey lunge is not something they should be doing!
