After my first try, it was a bit challenging for me and I did have a little bit of a challenge with the pace (only at times), as well as maintaining proper form. The sequence was a "chef's kiss" because at the end, when my neck cracked, it was all worth it. I'll try to do this, most days, in addition to a 4+ mile walk and a short pilates arns/abs routine. Levelling up and getting stronger and fitter feels really good. I appreciate this additional tool! :D
