1998 KONE M Lifts - JC Draycott

The fire lift goes all the way down to B3, for a total of 16 floors! But I didn't risk going down in case the lift stopped at 1, as it opens right in front of security. I also can't be sure the basement lobbies don't have cameras.
The other lift is smaller and doesn't serve the basement carpark floors, not great considering most people living in this area drive.

Why are there two down call buttons but only one up button?
