I like how Hercules feels like a proper tool and a genuinely dangerous person to be around, very fitting since he had bouts of madness and killed his mortal family. Like he’s constantly seething under the surface and is holding himself in check. I can see why he’s the Olympian’s gopher.
Something to keep him occupied and get out his restlessness. Don’t need him going postal up on Olympus after all.
He looks like a young Zeus with Ares temperament but none of is light attitude which as you say is fitting for a man who as seen and done shite. (Although shouldn’t he be dead since this is after the fall of Troy and he died before the Trojan War, technically he was deified but I don’t know)
@@archeogeek315 Yes, he died, but he was deified, according to Hades in the first game. In Hades 2, Melinoe says that death “doesn’t quite apply to him”, so I’m honestly not sure if he’s a full god here or still a demigod. My guess is the latter.
Well to be fair the whole killing his own family thing was Hera's fault
And then you get to know him and see that's there's a good man buried under there who's trying to keep his distance to prevent anyone else from suffering by being close to him
Honey you mean Hunkules. I know understand that one muse
id like to make some sweet music with him now
I know how the muse feels now 😳
@@munjister177 Fun fact. Some if not all of the muses are his sisters. You can thanks Zeus for that.
Skeletor will be back with more interesting facts.

We're about to see a wave of people learn that Heracles isn't anything like Disney's Hercules and was actually a massive brute.
It's going to be Thor (GoW Ragnarok) all over again...
oh god he's hot
Who knew having godly genetics could be so good?
This is hades, everyone's hot
@@BrysonLehman-vm8iptrue LMFAO
From zero to hero
In no time flat
From zero to hero to depressed
How about that
i could take him
In a fight?
IN A FIGHT RIGHT?
He probably would accept.
Guys i think that it's in a fight...
Out on a date?
How did i now just realised Hercules’ voice actor did magneto in xmen97 🤯
He is also the Doomguy from Doom Eternal
One of the few busy voice actors right now! He did a good job here.
Interesting depiction. I was surprised by Theseus in the first Hades game because I felt he was more like Heracles; Heracles was the meathead that Spartans revered whereas Theseus was the one with brains and charisma that was more consistent with Athenian tastes. Here, Heracles doesn't really resemble the original Theseus but he is a lot more well-spoken than I would have thought, certainly wouldn't have pictured this one being dumb enough to offer to carry the world for Atlas.
Whoa whoa whoa, Herakles was pretty smart dude (in the aspect that he was cunning) and he didn’t belong only to the Spartans. He was beloved by all the city states, (most claimed lineage from him) not to mention he was Theban.
I talk like he didn't tricked Atlas into taking his burden back
@@DeliciaDamaria Dumb and dumber
His so big and his voices is so deep ❤🔥
Mind you this is Magneto's voice actor🥵
weird he calls her sister instead of cousin seeing as they literally are cousins
Might have something to do with how some cultures see fellow warriors as siblings
He wasn't aware of their family connection at first, though the tittle "sister" probably just work as for stranger just like "brother" or "mister". It's informal but not too aggressive in tone, so Heracles kinda neutral despite his grumpy attitude
i think it's meant to be an insult to how many of the witches and moon-related characters call each other sister. like he's heard them do it before and is sick of the whole formality lol.
Probably saying it ironically.
In the myth, Zeus and Hades are often treated as one god. In the other myth, it said that Zeus posed as Hades to bang Persephone(which is totally unsurprising somehow)
Do you not get to keep any of the money? And he doesn’t give you a prize? Do you lose the room reward if you fail?
None actually. Big difference between him and Nemesis, he's not an asshole.
@@GameLover45408???? You didn’t answer the question! What’s the score tracker do! What happens if you lose to him different from winning?
@@viviblue7277you unlock double jump
You get money for the more enemies you kill. You don’t get punished for losing to him and he just pays you how much you’ve earned. That’s it.
@@koshilowell9531 it seems to me like the cash totals in the footage don’t match up but I’ll take your word for it, I’ve scrolled through this footage too many times and I’m still unsure.
Dude beat a Lion in a fight and made it his entire personality
I mean... if I beat a regular lion in a hand to hand fight I don't think I'd keep it to myself. Much less a legendary one.
@@Wells13555 A legendary one known for being invulnerable, no less! And also a literal monster, as the grandson of god-damned Typhon, if I recall. I would definitely hype myself over killing it haha
Why is he kinda…
It's the rugged aura of a man that survived the wrath of a god and asked for seconds
Perfect depiction
Heracles hates witchs 👇

Oh my god, TWO PLAYER CO-OP!! THIS SCREAMS SUPERGIANT IS THINKING 2PLAYER CO-OP!!!
It's more similar to Hades and how Zag could do occasional encounters with Than's assistance. Just seems they've expanded that in Hades 2 with Artemis, Nemesis and Heracles.
Not really, it’s the same kind of thing they did with Thanatos in the first game.
ok I know I'm getting spoilers, but why is he calling her sister. isnt she the daughter of hades
It may just be a gendered greeting used to acknowledge someone you consider an equal or lesser, and not caring enough to know the real name or title of the person.
Not that he thinks she is literally his sibling, but a daughter of the gods is a sister, just as a son of the gods would be brother.
It's a pretty common language thing.
Maybe it’s a nod to the Orphic Hymn to Melinoë (I.e. the only piece of writing we have about her in existence) which states that she is the daughter of Zeus. Perhaps they put that in there to tease the real myth nerds.
I hate him already
Why? He's not particularly friendly but he's not outright hostile which compared to Nemesis is a noted difference.
He’s juuuuust shy of being a misogynistic dick, which is refreshing. He’s not quite arrogant but does come off as frustratingly self confident and dismissive. It’s interesting. He’s stepping on boundaries without crossing them. I think it’s an interesting character choice that will need careful writing and acting to keep him from being an outrageous dick.
@@OctopusOwlIt would've been cool for him to be misogynistic.
