The key to weight management is understanding the balance between energy intake and energy expenditure.

I like that JC who's from a world of fitness and gym doesn't promote unnecessary usage of supplements...which is new to me because social media is all about that.
Thank you for sharing raw and honest opinions about a couple of things:
-Consistency and long-term goals for health and fitness
-Body shaming or Dysmorphia
-The study on protein diet and Atherosclerosis... I personally like this one because of the urge for awareness with regards to body, health and nutrition we in a digital era require.
That's so true! We love the way JC simplifies complex information and makes it easy for us to understand. The supplements were an eye-opener. :) We love your three key takeaways!
Really well put together conversation.
Amazing conversation! Finally, someone is debunking many things we hear online and have no proof of it actually working!
So true! Thank you so much!
Amazing conversation. He busted most of the myths we thought to be true.
And there were so many :) Thank you for your comment.

Hi Rahul, I really appreciate your comment. Can you tell us more?
Everything was sensible, except calling bio hacking a fad. There is literally billions of dollars of research going into longevity of human life and saying we already know everything and nothing new would be discovered is kinda dumb on his part. Easy to get stuck in bubble when youre associated in this case he runs an online gym
Research is going on but there is no conclusive evidence. Common people should avoid it till we have multiple research to support it.
Chutzpah max !
