- Obesity and diabetes aren’t an age-old problem - but the world of the 20th and 21st centuries has been grappling with both. But why?
Jitendra Chouksey aka JC examines the two villains that have always been blamed for obesity - dietary fat and sugar. And now, according to media reports, there's a third villain - aspartame - which could cause cancer!
Why are we always looking to blame ONE thing for our health issues? And how does this blame game cause confusion and unnecessarily complicate matters? Learn this and more in this week's conversation.

GOOD INFORMATION...
I HAVE ONE QUESTION when i check my weight in the morning its 82kg ,when i check my weight in evening it shows 83kg,and in the night it was 83.5kg....so my question is when to check weight??
Hi Buddy. As per my understanding, the body's weight fluctuates from morning to evening depending upon what we eat/drink or consume. To make it easier, it's always better to check your weight post using the washroom in the morning. You can take this as a benchmark to keep a check on your weight. Also some day's your weight will vary either high/low depending upon what you're eating as well upon season to season. Eg you might consume more water in summer than in winter, thus creating a variation. Lastly, weight is just a parameter or let's just say a number to just keep a check, but it's not the only parameter. You can weigh 90 kgs and have 6 pack abs too, so weight is a part of the fitness process. The goal should mainly be fat loss or muscle gain or just simply to be fit.
