@@Camikazeee777 it's been a range of different categories over the years lol. Biggest ones have been intrusive thoughts and rumination. I had more symmetry OCD when I was a kid. And contamination later on. A lot of times when one category would get better, a new one would pop up. I think this is pretty common for OCD from what I learned in therapy. Lately, no new ones have come up so hoping that means I'm on the road to recovery! 😆
