I've been in the concrete world sense I was 23 I'm now 51 my experience with hard finished floors if they are burned in with no sealer after the machines are done when it's wet it's slick not as slick as a sealed floor but they are both slick as well as the polished floor and the epoxy coated floor as well but each finish and each coating I'm sure all are a different level of slickness .

3 people voicing what they think in the comments. Polished concrete is not slick due to the high cohesive friction as mentioned in the video.
I have a polished concrete garage floor and it is very slippery how can you say it is not? YOU ARE WRONG
You probably got someone to shellack a solvent based sealer on the concrete without a traction additive. We call that “poor mans polish”
@@russellchampagne3830 No I had the house built there is no polish or sealer on it. When it gets wet or damp it is a hazard to walk on.
I’ve never experienced excessively slippery polished concrete 🤷♂️ It’s gotta be the stain guard they applied or something
A properly conducted slip test would have been less comical. Thanks for the laugh this gave me.
I call BS on this. You can throw soapy water on carpet and it would be slippery.
