Well...I love Mr.Clint Eastwood too, just like everyone else.. My Dad worked for Clint many years. Finally I got to meet him, while living in Texas. The location was Austin filming A Perfect World. My timing was perfect for my Dad to not be at his Grip truck! Waiting for my Dad walks up Clint, he looks at me, walks around me, says nothing. I thought, "Oh shit where's my Dad ? Clint has no Idea who I am . Maybe my Dad didn't tell production I would be there?" The joke was on me. I was so intimidated by his presence, I said "I'm waiting for my Dad, he is the Key Grip." He Put his hand out to shake mine ...like a geek I say" Nice to met you, Mr Clint Eastwood! " Needless to say, those that have met him know he can be a little intimidating in a gentle way! AND my dad set it up that way for me to meet the Iconic Actor! What a great memory, I miss my Dad so much , he died in 2022. I know he loved his job. it was so much a part of who he was. When I see stories about Mr. Eastwood , I always think of my Dad and how he helped contribute to some of those great movies over many years! : )
Eastwood's movies are an example how to handle bullying thugs. He was always cool calm and collected with the bad guys an example of what happens when we don't panic in the face of mensising thugs. Like James bond and many other action heroes he played the parts where the character's brians was calm a good example of what happens to us when our brain is calm as ice. We can learn life lessons how to handle being bullied. A word of warning bravery can't faked. Everybody will detect a phoney immediately making things worse and more disrespected. CLINT EASTWOOD, and I have a lot of things in common. ( except for his success in acting ). 😅 . I suppose if I had pursued that 🤔 career, I'd have been a lot more like him. If you say "one of my favourite films which I've seen" it would be far more acceptable (barely anyone who says "best film ever" has actually seen of the best films ever.
@@jimnewcombe7584 Thank you for your wisdom! My mother language is German. But in spite of not expressing myself perfectly, I think it is absolutely clear what I was trying to say. So we must make our comments longer? Sorry, I should have said the best film I have ever seen in order not to bother your intellecual mind and be "acceptable" for you.
By the way I am not an idiot, am a University graduate and I speak five languages fluently. I hope you will go on pestering someone else.
@@beatglauser9444 Sincerest apologies! I will indeed pester somebody else.
Nice video. Very informative.
If you have it done yet, please do Edward Norton
CLINT EASTWOOD, and I have a lot of things in common. ( except for his success in acting ). 😅 . I suppose if I had pursued that 🤔 career, I'd have been a lot more like him. He has always been my favorite Hollywood Icon. So many things about him that it's not possible to list all of the simmeraliies. ❤ . AMAZING: 😊 . I can honestly say he is one of those very few individuals who had a direct influence on the course of my life and development into the Man Who I've become. Thanks 👌 for the great biography.
A True Legend ❤❤❤❤😊
@Hello there, how are you doing this blessed day?
As a child of the seventies, CE was the ultimate BA actor, in any roll.
this is what I was waiting for, thanks
My favorite Eastwood character - aside from Eastwood himself- is BBBBLLLLLOOOONNNNDDDDIIIIIIEEEEE
Best western ever made, IMO
I met him in 1970s and he and I were photograped. It was at the Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, California. He didn't have his car and had been driven there. He asked me if I would take hime to his hotel. I turned him down. Our photos appeared in Movie Star Magazines ( before People or Star Magazines). I still have those 3 magazines in a storage box. I love that he loves Jazz, as I'm a professional Jazz singer.
As a kid my Dad sat me infront of the TV and told me if you want to be a proper man when you grow up watch Clint Eastwood. The movie was The Eiger Sanction and I've been a fan ever since.
30:05 The first 'Harry' sequel was Magnum FORCE. Still the BEST! SEQUEL! EVER!
I should’ve known, you were responsible for the term, “Spaghetti Westerns “ I think I’ve seen them all over the years! What a treat, great time to be alive!❤😊
Clint...I see you in a new liy... I'm 84 and live in my van with my service 🐕🦺 on scant social security for last five years in Titusville Florida...liked this video very much...thanks
Unforgiven, probably the best western I have ever seen.
