My favorite has always been the very difficult to find episode "Influenza". The ORIGINAL 1998 episode narrated by Linda Hunt. The 2018 remake is okay but somehow the original is more moving. Benjamin Franklin was the man who whenever he spoke you kept quiet and listened. He really was that important as a scientist, poet, speaker, founding father, diplomat, ambassador, etc. Along with Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin was really important. Without him and the founding fathers this country especially this constitution is not made.

The negative comments are hilarious! They have nothing to do with Benjamin Franklin really and everything to do with the sad lives of the commentators. 😂 As for the documentary itself it only seems dated because it dwells on Franklin's accomplishments, his work ethic, and the range of his intellectual abilities. He was a polymath at a time when the sum of human knowledge was smaller and an individual gifted person could make substantial advances in multiple fields. But most of us lead placeholder lives - hence the desire to trash remarkable people.

I read Benjamin Franklin's autobiography and decided to watch this documentary on his life after I finished the book. I did not like it at all. The actor that played Ben Franklin was awful, and despite it's length, a lot of important historical information was left out. Then I watched another documentary that was much better - "The Amazing Life of Benjamin Franklin- American Genius-Full." This was half the length and covered much more. The narrarators were better too.
Laugh your ass off if you want. Hope you're enjoying yourself. There are better documentaries on Ben Franklin. You seem to like to use the word "fatal" in your video headlines a lot. Are you sure you know what it means? If so, how often does a person need to be dealt "fatal blows" until they actually succumb to their injuries? While I despise Trump with every fiber of my being, I try not to fall into the delusion that he is someone to be dismissed or who lacks resilience. Just ask Hilary Clinton how underestimating him went for her. I agree with basically all of your analysis of Trump, but I really dislike Clickbait, as it insults my intelligence. It's one thing to think Trump is a buffoon, but is it really necessary to market your content as if your audience are fools as well? As to whether Harris should debate Trump again, the answer is clearly "Yes." Not only because she would undoubtedly win again, but because , despite the last debate attracting over 60 million viewers and that she has been the Vice President for the past 4 years, there are still millions of Americans who don't really know her story and what kind of leader she would be. Any opportunity to get her face in front of the wider public beyond those who already support her must be grasped.
