    Super Duty hands down. Not even close. Also the Ford trim level is not apples to apples with the GMC comparison in this video. Power in towing is extremely different. If I buying a 1 ton diesel. I'm looking for towing and hauling. Not driving around town. If that was the case I would buy a half ton gasser.

    • @handleymacdonald5760
      @handleymacdonald5760 10 месяцев назад

      there's no off roading done in this video... it's a tremor package on the HD trucks and thus won't add any capability to the truck.. just adds stickers and "tuned shocks" which won't fix the fact it has a solid front axle... I own a 24 3500 Denali and my local ford dealer is trying to convince me buy their f350 platinum but after driving it and being in it while on a test drive, the gmc is just a better place to be and is more then capable towing wise so I have no reason to even think about the ford... just my two cents, don't create opinions without experience

  • @pedrolozano8733

    This is a decent comparison. As everyone has already stated, it's not the best because the trucks are two different trim levels/packages. Also, most people commenting here are commenting looks when these are trucks designed for work. In terms of performance it's clear the ford is a winner. In terms of looks, the GMC is a clear winner.

    If I were going to do some snowplowing, I would probably buy the Ford. Other than that, I would go with the GMC, I think it has a better ride, better handling, better tracking and I personally like the looks inside and out considerably better, but I think most would say that the Ford has more comfortable seats. I think GMC also beats the Ford on price. In recent years, both have been pretty reliable. For me, I just need to tow 15k while hauling my family around, the GMC is quite good at that, and I don't have to worry about the death wobble.

    I have a 2500 Denali ultimate on order. The reason is because of not being able to get a king ranch F250. I don't think the models are not true comparison. AT4 is a higher trim than the Lariat. So the interior loses on the F250. Off road credit they probably equal, but again I believe it would be more comparable if the f250 had the tremor package. But good review overall.

    Owned 2 Ford pickup trucks before test driving the GMC ... never go back. The road handling, comfort, and feeling of the truck is both much more solid and 'heavy' feeling while at the same more comfortable, softer road riding and more responsive. Ford feels much cheaper, and at the end of the day when you really dive deeper into the small details on build quality, auto-locking rear diff on the GMC, and many other build comparisons ... Fords are cheap, always have been. To call a Ford truck 'luxury' is a bit of a sham. If I were to buy a cheap truck to "beat on" and do actual hard work, I'd have a much easier time beating up a junk Ford and I would buy a lower trim ... the GMC is by far and above a much more luxury truck in every respect. I now own a 2024 GMC 3500HD Denali Ultimate. Absolutely beautiful truck, and my favorite vehicle I've ever owned by far. Daily driver, plus I can haul all my toys around and do some work with it too.

    The new improvised 6.7 power stroke is a very solid engine, the first couple years they made it it had several issues mostly having to do with the emissions system which gave it a bad name now they have made it much better we have a 2019 already at 160k miles company truck no issues at all

      Emissions systems still wrecking havoc on these diesels not giving them the maximum potential for performance and reliability but the transmissions made these engines perform better.

    The Gmc and Chevy towing mirrors are ridiculously ugly and it’s not even a truck at this point or even a HD for what it’s meant for I hate when dealers make a off-road truck an then everyone starts getting on the trend no look at the Ford an Gmc at least the ford has more practicality then the gmc and the comparison isn’t fair a lariat vs a luxury almost fully loaded sierra

    Just confirmed the Specs from GMC and Ford on their Regular Beds with Crew Cab: The length of the GMC bed is 82.2 inches and the Ford is 81.9. So, the GMC is slightly longer. And, due to other dimension differences, the GMC bed has 4.1 cubic feet more volume capacity than the Ford bed. All this is true for the GMC 2500/3500 and the Ford 250/350.

    Interior....a wash
    Performance.....a wash
    Cost.....a wash((too much)
    Reliability....a wash(are you lucky or not)
    Be honest literally no one buys an AT4/Tremor for its off road Performance.....they buy them cause they actually look better.
