    Found out at age 52 I had a tbi and surgery on head was not ever told found out by ct scan for migraines parents passed sisters have no knowledge I have had consistent depression and anxiety and learning difficulties in memory and attention deficit I remember some traumas but not this what can I do ??

      If you watch the video you will have your answer. The most popular book on trauma is called "The body keeps the score". Even if you don't have a conscious memory of these events, we can get to the trauma through body symptoms and then work in it. When you encode trauma, your brain stores the complete state of the mind and body so that physical symptoms can be 'stored' in trauma and recreated when the traumatic memory is subconsciously triggered. I have treated a number of clients with persisting symptoms after TBI or concussion.
