    This makes perfect sense to me ...recognizing my own past traumas that are certainly unrelated to my current life. Explaining my reaction to a similar stress never excuses the physical experience ( which I almost apologize for ) the hard wiring explanation allowed me to realize ... I couldn't talk these fears away ... basically my brain could wash them away with soothing waves of comfort and a new reality. So interesting.❤

    Can I do havening on my own since I live in the Netherlands? You mentioned in another comment you don’t offer it online because it’s about human connection. So how does that apply to someone doing this work from home and alone?

      My strong preference is to work with clients in person but I also do work via Zoom video consultations and have had clients in many countries. You can find all Certified Havening Practitioners in the world (there are about a 1,000) by searching here: havening.org/directory/grid/practitioners-list-grid
      You can use any of my videos to guide you in a process self-Havening to reduce stress and help regulate your nervous system but if you are wanting to heal traumas I recommend working with a practitioner.

    Very interesting Robin, thank you. What is the app that you mentioned please?

      The brainwave monitor and app is called FocusBand. It's made in Australia but is expensive.

    Would you recommend havening for an extremely disregulated person due to long term chronic stress? I'm currently too disregulated to even address past traumas due to current situation. Can it be used to regulate the nervous system first before addressing traumas?

      Yes. Havening touch is very powerful in regulating the nervous system. See my video on how I work with clients who have complex trauma: ruclips.net/video/KYeh2d_6elw/видео.htmlsi=1NknUXsCFYUOABxO

    Do you offer training online ?

    • @RobinYoungson
      @RobinYoungson  7 месяцев назад +2

      No I don't. I could make a lot of money doing that but I stick to my principles and only offer in-person training because I think that Havening is primary a technique of human connection and touch. The details of my training offerings are here: neuroscienceofhealing.com/training/

    15:28 There is increase not only on delta waves but on all color bars on that graph and you did not mention that, also... do you have any experience on meditation practices? If so your results may vary with respect to someone who do not meditate unless studies prove otherwise. Very good explanation.
