I applaud you and feel I understand the challenges you face as someone unusually pure and good hearted in a weaponized health''care'' system, and feel adoration towards your kind face and uplifting smile! Thank you for all that you do Dr Youngson!
Dr. Youngson, so good to have you back! I love these ideas you are sharing and will incorporate them. I love the visual image aspect. I love the self-empowerment. BTW, you were demonstrating (perhaps unconsciously) another form of self-soothing that I accidentally discovered - rocking. I have found that a rocking motion is very soothing especially when combined with other touches. Thank you so much for so freely sharing your knowledge and discoveries! 😘❤️
Dr. Youngson, thank you very much for all your creative ideas. I use your advices and techniques regularly. They help me a lot to reach inner harmony. Yesterday I tried your new idea to solve my problem.( I don't have often good , deep conversations, maximum depth is a talk about the weather. Lack of good communications upset me sometimes) So, yesterday I've concentrated on this feeling, began havening. I liked touches of face and palms (horizontal), I did 50 of both. I didn't see and subject, but with inner vision I saw in the beginning sky with dark, grey clouds and before the end of havening sky began to be blue with light white clouds. It was light, pleasant feeling inside after the session Also there was a lightness in the whole body. Amazing! Thank you for your help!
Thanks so much for sharing your experience. This is a good example of an external metaphor, as the cloudy, stormy sky becomes clear. I'm glad it helped
thank you for sharing this lovely experience. I hope your work will be received by as many doctors as possible, since only a few are interested in alternative and more natural healing methods and we need more conscious and nurturing people in the healing area. For me, when i ask the body what is needed, it is always about the need for inner touch, not outer, if it makes sense, which i dont know how to explain. It happens when i move my body as it wants to move and feel into those inner sensations of how the flesh is touching the organs or parts of body inside, while i breathe into that tense spot in the body (in your case, that would be the diamond in the back area). It is as if the touch is felt on the inside as well as inside my brain and along the vagus nerve. I am autistic and maybe thats why i have this inner experience. i recently discovered through my own experiments that this sensory movement awareness (this is how i would name it) helps me process my feelings and negative thoughts or even access my intuition. The tension dissipates and a wise insight or a beautiful energy comes to surface to replace it. The outer touch (using the hands) feels less rich than the inner one for me. I hope it makes sense :) .
This is great! Thank you! I have been feeling chronically unsupported and alone and found it as a ball in my lower stomach and started rubbing my arms and could feel a lot of relief even while watching the video - so less than fifty breaths, but will continue this. Thanks again for your technique which I do use for anxiety (when I can remember) and it is highly effective. Thank you so much again.
I am always amazed at out capacity to make a physical metaphor for our feelings, which then gives us a path for healing. Thanks for sharing your example.
Trying out this new concept but sadly nothing. I'm talking to you next week but whilst I was listening to you just now I had a really strong feeling of needing to suggest that you might want to look up bob burns, hypnotherapist, the swan technique. Another form of accessing the mind which you may find interesting. Kind regards. Toni
Thanks Toni. I look forward to meeting you. The facilitated processes are powerful but there are so few practitioners in the world so sometimes we have to help ourselves heal

Oh! That's a good suggestion! Thank you. Keep the ideas coming
Thank you for your vulnerability. Your work is beyond powerful.

What a fascinating comment! Thank you. I'd love to learn more as it's not something I have experienced in the way you describe.
