Not a huge fan of the Foos, your videos never disappoint though. Great job. I find your approach and style of teaching very easy to understand and comprehend. Excellent!

How do you keep the guitar in tune with the capo on the strings behind the nut? I have a Breedlove and really need a place to put the capo that doesn't take the guitar a half step higher. thank you for any help!
There's something off going on at the beginning of the song. I'm not able to put a finger, or 2, on it. It's on the off beat? Or on? I'm just going to put this off until later on!!!
@@RyanLendt Haha, well the joke WAS rather sophisticated... The intro switches between your finger being on and off a lot. Now read his comment again :)

Ryan do you think you could do “Look on” by John Frusciante? Love your vids (especially the Chili Peppers ones) thanks!
thanks so much Eric, and for the JF request :)
Ryan Lendt Thanks for getting back so fast! Keep up the awesome work on the vids!
Play this song in open D tuning, if you're trying to get the chords with the dissonant overtones which this song is essentially built around.
this is how dave plays it solo acoustic. Drop D on the record.
How about baby e hammer from 3rd to 2nd fret on the intro and then your off on thing
I encourage you to do you BS - cheers!
Next Guitar lesson Biffy Clyro - many of horror.....pleaseeee😘
I'd love to do that song Timo - thank you for the request :)
I think the word you’re after is lass but I prefer chapess, it sounds much more regal. Oh, good lesson too
is lass not the female version of lad? i'm sticking with the hat one. chapeau.
Hmm, I think you might have me there. Chapeau it is. Does that mean a female drug lord is El Chapeau, or is that something different again?
Sam Mckelvey la chapeau
So much mileage out of those little suspended Add-y-McAdd-on doohickey notes.
it's the spicy pepper flakes on the musical pizza

This comment has my approval :)
I'm impressed Rasmus because I'm completely lost
@@RyanLendt Haha, well the joke WAS rather sophisticated...

Came back to relearn this and noticed your orange bell isn't completely destroyed yet lol
those were the days...
Chaperell?
I don't know what that is, but I'm guessing it's a request so I'm plopping it on THE LIST
“A G-chord with no G in it “ I love how not even music will make complete sense ... goes to show there’s always Chaos in life 😂 controllable Chaos 😂
I'm so glad that point landed in you Douglas, I get endless joy from such silly things :)
Ryan Lendt yeah man .. love your video bro .. good luck wit all you do 👍🏻
Chapess or chapette are both suitable for female versions of chap. HFW
Congratulations on first comment.
Thanks

Im too bad at guessing the strumming pattern 😂 help me out
feel it man. there's no such thing as a wrong strumming pattern.
the intro is DUDUD-DU-UD-DUD ; the verse is D-DU-UDU-UDU-UDU but for the Em and C its D-DU-UDU

Hi Ryan.
Thought of a good name for a band... “Druthers Brothers”
Or... Druthers Bruthers like Motley Crue with the little dots above the u’s!
that's pretty darn genius Ryan. that'll be our imaginary band!
Let’s make beautiful imaginary music together!
