Our first (and only)was March 13, 1999 at noon. Case worker had the hand of this itty-bitty boy, 2 years old. He was supposed to spend 3 days with us.
He's now almost 29, 6'7" and will always be my baby boy.
God knew we needed each other. Our roads were lonely and sad.
God BLESSED our broken roads.
I would have given anything to see them sing it in person.

This band arrived when i was on the edge of hope. Then i heard them. The fact that there were people having these thoughts encouraged me to go easier on myself, harder on others. Reality is flawed. These guys are not. Poetry.❤❤
I hear ya. I'm incredibly hard on myself and have many moments even now I feel alone but the Flatts music always helps. 💙

Deeply surprised that you didn't include "Every Day" on your list. That song is a favorite of mine because of its meaning: people whom we may or may not know save our lives every day. When I first watched the music video for the song; I thought it was really sweet of Rascal Flatts to give a little shout-out to the American Red Cross and all the good work they do. This is in the scenes where a distraught woman is being comforted by a man who works for his local Red Cross chapter following a house fire and she is worried about her husband. When the woman is finally reunited with her husband the Red Cross worker knows he has done a good deed by offering comfort and support for someone in their darkest hours. Personally I have a tremendous amount of respect for American Red Cross workers because when disaster strikes our communities they are there for us; be it something as small scale as a house fire or something on a much larger scale, such as a natural disaster.
Well first off thanks for watching! I hope you still enjoyed the video. Yeah not that I don't like everyday it's just fallen down the ladder a bit. I used to listen to it all the time. I still love the ending when it builds up to Hary just yelling out Everyday.

It would be tough for me to do a top 20 because there
has never in my life been a group that i loved everyone of their songs but your top 20 seems to have a bulk of their top hits and not a lot of songs that maybe didn't get released in radio or hit the charts. But it is your top 20 so I have to respect that
Dude I've worked off and on, on this list for like 3 years lol. Admittedly I was a little upset with myself that I do have so many "hits" on the list BUT in my defense....its practically impossible to ignore them as they are so good. The list would be super weird looking if it was missing a bunch of the hits. I've thought about making another top 20 like....best of the rest minus the hits type a deal now that I have my main list out here. So maybe I will do that soon

Sweet top 20 man, they was my first concert, second leg of the me and my gang tour in 2007 and seen em 6 times after that. I can only imagine what their last tour would’ve been like. I remember Jay saying it probably would’ve been their longest show they ever put on. Probably we’re gonna bring back some old songs they haven’t done in years and even some songs they’ve never done!
That's awesome! I saw them 6 times as well. Yeah the farewell tour I was going all out I had tickets to 3 of those shows including the last stop I was ready to go out hard with them and then they canceled.....man what a gut punch. I'm really shocked they never ended up doing it later on. Maybe one day.

@@flannelflattsI always loved rascal Flatts growing up and been listening to them since 2006 when they did life is a highway from my all time favorite disney movie cars and still enjoy playing there songs nowadays even though I never been to a rascal Flatts concert.😊

@@flannelflatts hey no problem and as for a Pop artist as much as I like Taylor Swift and her music witch I do and as much as I would have love to see them do a duet together I was thinking maybe Hillary Duff and rascal Flatts doing a duet together someday and yes I enjoy playing her music as well matter of fact I play both of their songs together and I know it sounds weird but I just think they sound good together in a way it was just a thought and early 2000s me would have loved it and you're welcome.😊

Cool list. Nice to see love for songs like "When the Sand Runs Out" would have been cool if you had explained your rankings...i find it interesting we only see 4 songs from the Big Machine era. I mean i myself do prefer Lyric Street era RF but you definitely skewed older music lol. Looking forward to a reply. Nice to see another diehard fan out there
Hey! Yeah there's a ton of there not so well known songs I love. Some more of them might should have made it but man the hit songs are hard to ignore. Yeah I originally thought about talking in each one about it but honestly me talking in the intro is my least favorite part lol yeah I don't think the big machine era is worse by any means but I literally grew up to the older stuff so it's baked in me even more. Technically, life is a highway, is not an original rascal flatts song. It was a remake from the original by a Canadian musician named Tom Cochrane. Cool it was in here. But definitely not their second best song ever when it wasnt even their's
I know it's a remake but to be fair....its theirs now. Also it arguably could have if not should have been number one. So by this logic of remakes can't be on here that means both What hurts the most and God bless the broken road can't be on here. Those are remakes as well but just like life is a highway everyone would consider them their songs as they are the most popular and known versions now. 🤷🏻♂️ thanks for watching 🫡
