Watch what you say with regards to rolling of the dice! If your opponent needs a six followed by six, and you say ''You're gonna get it'' or something of that sort... well I just witnessed what happened with the AT-cannon after that :')
How Kaiser says with a straight face “it always gets a bit sloppy when you finish” is beyond me! Priceless! Great watch. Looking forward to the next part of the campaign
I like the battlefield. It's not cluttered. I like both. An open battlefield or a realistic battlefield with low visibility. It's fun to remain camoflouged while battling. It causes a longer game but it's fun.
59:53 If a pinned unit is ordered to Rally, it will take the order test, but will ignore all negative modifiers from pin markers. If the test is successful, the unit will immediately discard D6+1 pin markers rather than 1. Roll a die and add 1 to the score to determine how many pin markers are removed.
They are from Warlord and Army Painter - you can get the from us in the UK here: www.modellingforadvantage.co.uk/product/targetlock-laser-line-the-army-painter-rrp-8-00
Do you mean the white allied stars? Those are allied stars, not US ones, although the Canadians didn't like it being an overt US icon. It was used throughout allied armies in Europe for easy identification
Also turn 5: when testing for a rally order it is on the full leadership value, ignore the pins. If you fail go down, if a vehicle it will reverse if enemy units are visible in its front arc. This reverse is at half its advance rate unless a recce vehicle.

Absolutely - those are the moments we live for as gamers.

We try, enough scenery but not too much is not always easy to achieve.
@@ModellingforAdvantage Looks good.
If anyone wonders why the SDKFZ 250/9 is not considered Open-Topped anymore it's because it was corrected in Errata
Oh, is that the new errata?
What size of board are you guys using? Can’t quite work out by eye, but looks either 4’ x 4’ or 3’ x 3’?
It is a 4x4 - which is why we normally play smaller scaled games - like 500 -750 points.
@@ModellingforAdvantage Thanks!
Kaiser the artillery observer was the hero all along. Thought the Brits were really on the ropes after that first turn.
Oh that artillery is a real pain for sure.
Isn’t that Captain Mainwaring from Dad’s Army?
Also, on turn 6 you both put pins on the Brit unit in the ruined farm house, that's why there was an unidentified extra pin on them.
Ah, missed that.
Such an entertaining game to watch. Please keep up that humour between you! I‘m really looking forward for your next games of Bolt Action!
Thanks, we do this because we enjoy it and have a laugh. The main reason to game IMO.
Ok I’m late to the party here but this was epic. Also I’m in need of tree advice, where are your trees from as the ones I seem to find are well pants.
These are cheap tress, but then sprayed brown over the existing flock, then re flocked with the Javis scenic trio of flocks we have on our Web store.
I bloody love the intro for some reason "iii'mmm over herrre!"
It has become something of a habbit!
Campaign sounds sweeeet! Love the rule tips!
You can follow the campaign in the combined arms playlist.
@@ModellingforAdvantage Aah, it even gets better and better. Gonna check that out.
@@grimgorkgalle let us know what you think.
@@ModellingforAdvantage For someone like me who doesnt have a counterpart for a CA campaign: more than exciting!
Aa finally, been waiting for another bolt action gameplay
Hope you enjoy it. More to come now we are in a campaign.
Great game Kaiser and Johnny, nice figures and table 👍
Why thank you.
Is this a continuation of Combined Arms? This would be Turn 4?
This battle takes place during turn 3.
Finallllllyyyy, more bolt action
Should be much more frequent going forward, with us running this campaign.
@@ModellingforAdvantage you guys are the best!
@@ryanfreeman4519 why thank you kindly sir.
6 dice with mmgs for Germans kaiser 🤦🏻♂️ (hitlers buzzsaw)
Yeah, I thought it was an lmg.

Right, thanks.
Great looking table, and great game guys.
Thanks so much!
Excellent game. Also, yes, basing vehicles IS stupid!
Haha, don't tell them over on the Platic Crack Podcast!
Yet again a fantastic battle gents! Love the style of your reports it’s definitely one of the best out there
Thanks Josh. Much appreciated
Thank you and that was entertaining.
JB made me LOL when he said, "I'll start this move with a song.".
Cheers!
We often sing a bit before the game, and Jonny B humms tunes almost constantly.
Love the sportsmanship shown in the game!
Oh we have a good laugh for certain.
Nice - I like these small battles, interesting to see what this result means for the campaign.
Thanks - we are a bit worried about how big the games can become.
I have tried all over to get bits of carpet, but nothing doing.
SDKFZ 3,6,10 is a loverly way to get small German Machine gun units in small games. But a little cheesy lol 😂
Are these tows / tractors?
were did you get the mini laser pen's, thankyou.

Why doe's the british alway's show's a american logo on tank's ect.
Do you mean the white allied stars? Those are allied stars, not US ones, although the Canadians didn't like it being an overt US icon. It was used throughout allied armies in Europe for easy identification
I did not know that it was a alied star? thankyou for helping me?
@THE- UFO-MAN no problem. As I say not everyone was happy about it it being an obviously American icon.
Turn 3 rules error: a vehicle cannot move on the same turn infantry mount it.
Great game though!
