    I’m the kid sitting next to the guy frank Mahoney when they show us taking break. This was a really good job, This was probably filmed in 2017. We had a lot of fun on that job.

      Simple. Because the video is from the discovery channel networks. They own several different documentary channels. I remember watching it when it was on television.
      I live in upstate New York. I remember when it was being constructed.

      Architects always make life hard for engineers.

    • @AlexKarasev
      @AlexKarasev 40 минут назад

      @@tonyjackson4099 yes, but sometimes it takes egregious and corrupt forms where, for instance, access to key plumbing and electrical and IT arteries is so restricted that it adds hours and many thousands of dollars of extra labor to even the simplest job to change some apartment's shut-off valve. As a result, the maintenance fee on these units, after you buy, can be higher than rents in the area. So think you'd bought property (even if you were so wealthy as to do it with cash, no % to the bank) but you still keep paying maintenance and property tax - so you're just a patsy getting milked.

    2:10 don’t point out that pencil in the sky that skyscraper is so bad they’re being sued for over $$250 million by the homeowners association of that building for bad building skills that is the worst design that has ever been contemplated the elevator get stuck and the fire department has been called, because of the wind it slips through the building because they made the design wrong because they put air through certain parts of the building, so it wouldn’t sway but it shuts down The elevator completely poor design, the architecture should be held responsible.

    The building looks nice but, I suspect the rent is only something that a lawyer,doctor, or someone who knows the stock market really well can afford. Thanks,but no thanks, give me windows I can open,a yard with grass, a place where if I want to go outside I don’t have to ride the elevator, and my car is 15 ft. from my front door.
