How to lift up revoked immigrant visa
Any information on the I-134A's its going on a year since i filed and there is no news on whether they are still viewing cases.
My auntie was supposed to be here since 2018 but the immigration has dropped her case, we don’t know what to do about it. But we’re looking for anyone who can help us.

What do I have to do when my four I-730 cases were approved by USCIS since February 2022. And, instead of forwarding the cases to the National Visa Center, USCIS transferred the cases to the National Benefits Center in Missouri, reasons being too work load.
After numerous inquiries to USCIS, NVC and finally my Congressional Representative, USCIS replied two months ago that they will review my cases and get back to me directly if necessary.
Please I need your advice. Thank you.

Thank you so much , my I-130 got approved through NVC but my husband got a job in the USA I enter USA with B1/b2 now I am on AOS , and is processing , I did biometric at uscis office already also I received RFE for i639 , do we need to give a notice to the NVC ? Our lawyer told us not to do anything since I am already On AOS but we still received the email from the NVC ( me and my husband been marriage for 7 years we have 2 kids both our kids American)

* btw My husband is USA citizen born in USA, he was working in Singapore before and then he got job offer in USA he decide to go back when we apply I-130
my case is actively been under review, it was filled while i was in my home country and now i'm in the state with an overstay visa if i'm to adjust my status should i wait for the i130 to be approved first before doing change of address or need to indicate right now my current location.
I am also waiting from 2023 i131 and i 485 i got rfe i did response just wating for uscis response

Hi ma I wish some clarification. Am in F2b category, priority date 11th of February 2018. I was just approved in January. USCIS said they have sent the approved petition to NVC and will contact me after 45 days. It morethan 60 days now with no responds from NVC. What should I do.
