PCC യും RCC യും ഒരു ദിവസം തന്നെ ചെയ്തു. എന്നാൽ PCC ഒന്നര ഇഞ്ച് കുഴച്ചിട്ടതിന് ആകെ 25 ക്യൂബിക് അടി മെറ്റിൽ ആണ് അവർ use ചെയ്തത്. അതായത് വളരെ കനം കുറവാണ് PCC.എന്നിട്ട് കമ്പി എല്ലാം സെറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് മുകളിൽ കനത്തിൽ RCC ചെയ്തു.പക്ഷേ vibrator ഒന്നും ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല.അടിയിലെ frame പൊക്കി വച്ചതും ഇല്ല. ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ lockdown ആയി, പിന്നെ രണ്ടു ചുഴലിയും പേമാരിയും വന്ന് കോളത്തിൽ എല്ലാം വെള്ളം നിറഞ്ഞ് മണ്ണ് ഇടിഞ്ഞു വീണ് അതേ അവസ്ഥയിൽ കിടക്കുവാണ്. പില്ലർ പൊക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. 2 മാസമായി. കമ്പിയൊക്കെ തുരുമ്പിച്ച് തുടങ്ങി. എൻ്റെ സംശയം ഇത്രയും വെള്ളക്കെട്ട് ഉള്ള സ്ഥലത്ത് PCC ഈ കനത്തിൽ ഇട്ടാൽ മതിയോ? കമ്പിയിൽ വെള്ളം തട്ടില്ലെ?

PCC യും RCC യും ഒരു ദിവസം തന്നെ ചെയ്തു. എന്നാൽ PCC ഒന്നര ഇഞ്ച് കുഴച്ചിട്ടതിന് ആകെ 25 ക്യൂബിക് അടി മെറ്റിൽ ആണ് അവർ use ചെയ്തത്. അതായത് വളരെ കനം കുറവാണ് PCC.എന്നിട്ട് കമ്പി എല്ലാം സെറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് മുകളിൽ കനത്തിൽ RCC ചെയ്തു.പക്ഷേ vibrator ഒന്നും ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല.അടിയിലെ frame പൊക്കി വച്ചതും ഇല്ല. ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ lockdown ആയി, പിന്നെ രണ്ടു ചുഴലിയും പേമാരിയും വന്ന് കോളത്തിൽ എല്ലാം വെള്ളം നിറഞ്ഞ് മണ്ണ് ഇടിഞ്ഞു വീണ് അതേ അവസ്ഥയിൽ കിടക്കുവാണ്. പില്ലർ പൊക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. 2 മാസമായി. കമ്പിയൊക്കെ തുരുമ്പിച്ച് തുടങ്ങി. എൻ്റെ സംശയം ഇത്രയും വെള്ളക്കെട്ട് ഉള്ള സ്ഥലത്ത് PCC ഈ കനത്തിൽ ഇട്ടാൽ മതിയോ? കമ്പിയിൽ വെള്ളം തട്ടില്ലെ?

നമ്മുടെ ഏരിയയിൽ pillar വാർത്തു പ്ലിന്ത് കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് പ്ലിന്തിൻ്റെ അടിയിൽ തരനിരപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് അല്പം താഴ്ത്തി കുഴി എടുത്തു ആദ്യം 2 ഇഞ്ച് കനത്തിൽ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ഇട്ടു 2 വരി കട്ട കെട്ടി തറ നിരപ്പിൽ ആക്കിയതിന് ശേഷം കട്ടക്ക് മുകളിൽ പ്ളിന്ത് വരത്തക്ക രീതിയിൽ അണ് ചെയ്യാറ്

black sheet ഇടുന്നത് concrete മണ്ണുമായി touch ചെയ്യാതിരിക്കാനാണ് മറ്റ് ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ ഇല്ല അതിനാൽ beam ന്റെ അടിഭാഗം pcc ചെയ്താലും മതി ...മണ്ണുമായി ഒരിക്കലും direct touch ചെയ്യാതിരിക്കുക .
