    I’m so impressed by your performance against Tarasaitis Tom, probably you are the 2nd person in the world to dominate Tarasaitis in a super match format talking about weight class, Tarasaitis is no joke multiple European wold Champion in 70kg weight class, and destroyed all competitor in the Arnold classic like a peace of cake, you gotta be ready Tom train harder that ever before, because he is looking for a Revenge Godbless May the best Man win

    Is it better to do it how you’re doing it with your whole arm moving, or keeping your arm still and just using the pronation, so just doing the twisting motion. I assume this would be like comparing a heavy bicep curl to a more isolated preacher curl?

    • @LeanMachineArmwrestling
      @LeanMachineArmwrestling  Год назад +5

      That’s a very good question mate, for me personally I wouldn’t want to just keep my arm still with only the twisting motion as you would never just use the twisting motion on the table, everything is tied and moves together on the table, no one will use just pronation on its own on the table, no one will use wrist curl on its own on the table, that’s why I prefer to do it this way mate, I find it benefits me more 🦾🦾🦾

    You're ridiculously strong for your bodyweight in all the armwrestling specifics. Up to how many days or weeks ahead of a supermatch do you seriously train before you rest and take it easy?

    • @LeanMachineArmwrestling

      I will keep training hard up until 1 week before then a light table session a couple of days before mainly for getting the blood round and keeping strategies fresh in my mind 😎

    So you're disengaging your riser to keep the straps on the back of your hand through the lift? Sort of low toproll hand position, if I'm understanding it correctly?

      Always a chance on injury in any lift mate, as long as you keep a correct and safe form and know your own limits then all should be safe to do 💪💪

    You said you would start on the biceps then pronate the hand. You did not. You start with the hand already pronated, only thing moving it the arm up and down.

    • @LeanMachineArmwrestling
      @LeanMachineArmwrestling  Год назад +1

      That’s Correct bud I did say that I wanted the lift from us both to start on biceps, but then I also said I will just do it in mindas form that he carried out because he didn’t want the lift to be like that 🦾🦾

  • @zackwindell497
    @zackwindell497 3 года назад +1

    Don't you think it's useful to do it in a number of ways? Given that pronation required on a table comes through various points in the hand, wrist, and arm on the table? Although, I recognize the need for consistency when recording 1rms. I like doing a wrap on my hand, on my wrist and split between the two. This video runs through variety: ruclips.net/video/CluosrwgozU/видео.html.

    • @LeanMachineArmwrestling
      @LeanMachineArmwrestling  3 года назад

      Your absolutely right mate, how ever this is only one of the many ways of training pronation, and possibly one of the most effective ways when using a loading pin, where as with cable set up you can do it in so many different ways to get the right benefits from each angle you train the pronation 😎💪👊
