      Good luck! I personally didn't care for it that much but it is a great way to get into regularly working out and building strength. Afterwards I started her monthly workouts and they are FANTASTIC. You'll love working out with Heather!

    I remember doing this one a year ago when Heather uploaded it and it was a good workout. But today after doing killer legs workout yesterday in August's workout, oh man!!! My legs are so sore. I'm pushing through but today was tough. 💪🏼

    I haven't workout in the last two months or so... I've started again yesterday, following the semptember's program. Today I wasn't able to complete this one, it's been really hard for me, I stopped at the first round of set two. Really hope that in this month I will find again my resistence and motivation.     Heather you are literally my fitness angel. I am often got sidetracked, by my job, kids, schedule.
    Tried to follow ur 12 weeks program but it took longer to finish (my fault actually) still everytime i need motivation or workout. YOUR CHANNEL IS NUMBER ONE on my favorite list

    I def had to take longer breaks in some parts with this one. By the last round I was completely out of steam and had to lower the intensity in my movements in order to make it to the end.

    11/27/2021- Day 2 complete! This was definitely a great workout. I was sore from Day 1, so this workout was challenging for me. I took many breaks, but I did finish the workout, which was the goal. Again, this post is to encourage others and to keep me accountable! Have a great day everyone, and I'll be ready for Day 3 tomorrow morning!

    I just started working out with Heather and since I have....I haven't stopped. The workouts really take alot out of you but in the most best, humble way. Not one do I go without sweating bullets and feeling exhausted but sooo happy with the results. Absolutely love herrr and the music just keeps me concentrated and makes me want to push more (odd I know lol). Thank you Heather 😊 P.S. Maybeeee you'll read this and respond 🤷‍♀️🤞

      I used to worry about passing out if I exercise on an empty stomach, but I've tried it and surprisingly I feel more energetic and it's easier to get through a workout for me if I haven't eaten. The exception would be a really challenging strength workout maybe.

    Day 2 done! ✅ This was killer. And this 45 minutes (approximately) workout took me 1 hour to do because i was feeling a little light headed in between so i took extra breaks of 20-30 secs after few exercises. I was feeling like i was loosing my balance so modified 2 exercises. (The side plank thing, i just held it and for the flamingo crunches, i didn't straighten out my legs. I just tapped to the ground keeping my knee folded.) First circuit i was going strong, second circuit: first round, was when i felt light headed but i still continued taking a few breaks here and there. From the second round of the second circuit, i again felt much much better. And picked up pace. But at the end, i completed the full workout. I could have stopped midway but i didn't so i feel proud of myself! :)

      I would love to see that in the video as well! But I did find a video that heather has that has a bunch of low impact examples which are super helpful!

      For moves that require:
      Jumping up = rise up on toes
      Jacks = alternate stepping out one leg
      Hop between lunges = half time, step side to side
      Burpees = step back and up in your plank, rise up on your toes when you stand
      Stance jacks = squat and touch the floor, no jump
      For the side bridge you can keep bottom knee on the floor and for planks you can keep knees down

      Also check out low impact (apartment friendly is usually the title) cardio workouts from Mad Fit and Blogilates for ideas of moves you can sub in to get your heart rate up but don't bother you. Look for moves with a big range of motion if you want intensity.

    I keep going back to this workout. It is so effective. I love it. The other day while I was exercising, I said to my husband " This workout is crazy. Even Heather looks tired." He said " Who is Heather?? I said "My trainer" 😂😂 I have been working out with you for a year now. After three kids, I am in my best shape. I feel strong mentally and physically. Thank you for everything. ❤

    Day 2 went better than I predicted after my first day back to fitness with Day 1. The only exercise I really struggled with was the side crunch-reach. I think my arms and shoulders have completely weakened after my time off and corona. Oh well. Tomorrow is another step in the right direction. Thanks Heather. 208 cal burnt and defintely a sweat on!!

    Holy buckets - those flamingo leg lifts with added ankle weights!!!!! Incredible workout, Heather!

    Wow, this was definitely tough! The 10 second breaks really made it difficult to catch your breath. Heart rate remained high and so did the sweat. Feel great after though! Thank you Heather!
