Today I wasn't able to complete this one, it's been really hard for me, I stopped at the first round of set two. Really hope that in this month I will find again my resistence and motivation. Glow Up Day 2: Done ✔️ I def had to take longer breaks in some parts with this one. By the last round I was completely out of steam and had to lower the intensity in my movements in order to make it to the end. Calories burned: 323 Thanks for these amazing workouts, Heather!

I just started working out with Heather and since I have....I haven't stopped. The workouts really take alot out of you but in the most best, humble way. Not one do I go without sweating bullets and feeling exhausted but sooo happy with the results. I used to worry about passing out if I exercise on an empty stomach, but I've tried it and surprisingly I feel more energetic and it's easier to get through a workout for me if I haven't eaten. The exception would be a really challenging strength workout maybe.
This was so great! I’m recovering from a dislocated shoulder, so I had to swap out a few exercises, but I could do so many of them! It was so wonderful.
Excellent cardio and abs session!! Warmed up with a 30 minute Pilates Fusion HIIT for a solid hour and sneaky way to conquer a serious core sesssion!! So grateful for Heather and her workouts!

Day 2 done! ✅ This was killer. And this 45 minutes (approximately) workout took me 1 hour to do because i was feeling a little light headed in between so i took extra breaks of 20-30 secs after few exercises. I was feeling like i was loosing my balance so modified 2 exercises. (The side plank thing, i just held it and for the flamingo crunches, i didn't straighten out my legs. I just tapped to the ground keeping my knee folded.) First circuit i was going strong, second circuit: first round, was when i felt light headed but i still continued taking a few breaks here and there. From the second round of the second circuit, i again felt much much better. And picked up pace. But at the end, i completed the full workout. I could have stopped midway but i didn't so i feel proud of myself! :)
I would love to see that in the video as well! But I did find a video that heather has that has a bunch of low impact examples which are super helpful!
For moves that require: Jumping up = rise up on toes Jacks = alternate stepping out one leg Hop between lunges = half time, step side to side Burpees = step back and up in your plank, rise up on your toes when you stand Stance jacks = squat and touch the floor, no jump For the side bridge you can keep bottom knee on the floor and for planks you can keep knees down I hope this helps! Good luck on your journey!
Also check out low impact (apartment friendly is usually the title) cardio workouts from Mad Fit and Blogilates for ideas of moves you can sub in to get your heart rate up but don't bother you. Look for moves with a big range of motion if you want intensity.

Day 2 went better than I predicted after my first day back to fitness with Day 1. The only exercise I really struggled with was the side crunch-reach. I think my arms and shoulders have completely weakened after my time off and corona. Oh well. Tomorrow is another step in the right direction. Thanks Heather. 208 cal burnt and defintely a sweat on!!
