Love Al but I strongly encourage anyone who cares about fiber and gut health to check out Simnett Nutrition page. For body weight muscular Whole Foods vegan. Eats tons of carbs. It’s a much healthier way to for sure skip added oils and sugars and chemicals. But fiber is essential.
Al, do you eat any dairy? How about fruit or nuts? Also, has your endurance, or power output for max effort work, been affected on basically a carnivore diet?
@@evouchkodl Low mercury fish in controlled amounts is great to include in the diet. Some shellfish is as well ( I eat an oyster every day for the zinc, b12, and taurine content) but i can have high levels of toxic metals like cadmium in so i wouldn't eat lots of shellfish.
@@alkavadlo kind of reckless Al. Teen guys will watch this and skip fiber containing foods which affect gut health, immunity, fight colon cancer etc. Also have you gotten a coronary calcium CT score done?
I wouldn’t say sugar is bad for you but too much definitely is sugar has glucose in it which is good for recovery energy and brain function also athletes like Yoel romaro have said that after their training they drink sugar water
I like how he said "cut back on sugar" instead of avoid sugar. There's too much nonsense dietary advice telling you to COMPLETELY AVIOD certain typical unhealthy things when you body still needs SMALL amounts of unhealthy stuff to function normally it doesn't functional well with 0% sugar or fat.

Whether it's beef, chicken, pork, mutton, veal, lamb, venison, duck, turkey, goose, pigeon, fish or dog, make a point of eating meat every day.

Have a mango, pineapple, or grapes...loaded with natural sugar if you crave for sugar.
