For some reason, I always thought 마신 is a short form of 마시는, given Koreans love using short form of everything. I didn’t know that is actually past tense. Somehow I whenever I see ㄴ added to a verb, I always thought it was a short form 🤦🏻♀️
Billy i have a question about the 네요/나요 ending if we need to remove ㄹ like in 멀다 (머나/네요) but if it ends in the 르 irregular? like 모르다 we need to remove it too? so it becomes 모나/네요?
The Chinese character 故(고) means old days, but we put it in front of the name of someone (mostly someone famous) to show that we are talking about someone who isn't alive (for example, 故 정주영 회장, 故 이승만 박사, and 故 이수현).
