    After groin pull icing is best way to help you out than try different stretches .

    This is very good and straight to the point. The pain has been awful, this I will try , looks simple enough. I hope you have a video to strenghth my leg, its healing from a fracture, I dont like going to PT, thankyou,🙂

    Feels like my groin is completely destroyed just bc I didn't lay off my training long enough for it to heal.. very tough injury to heal so my advice for u is, If u feel any discomfort or pain around your groin be smart and take some weeks off and take care of your groin.

    Finally someone that is right to the point and talk less, very helpful, I hurt myself cleaning the bathtub😥it hurt, pain goes to inside my knee every time, when I I put my legs together, or I when I get on my car seat or claim a ladder, I ice everyday but it is about 1 month already and still dealing with this annoying pain. Thank you for explain.

    Thank you very much for these wonderful exercises. I hurt my groin while performing some exercises to strengthen my hamstrings as I have been suffering from hamstring strain in my other leg. My question is whether it is okay to keep on jogging with strained groin while performing these exercises? Thanks a lot in advance!

    My groin has been hurting me while running/sprinting. I’m pretty sure I did something to it while punting a ball awhile ago. Is there something specific out of these exercises and stretches that would be the most beneficial to get back to running. How long should I wait to run again?

      @@CathalMacDonnacha I got an x ray done then I went to therapy I still do the exercises they taught me at therapy but to be honest I never fully recovered but the the stretches and exercises help a lot

    My groin strain won’t go away. Tried all sorts. It won’t go away. I feel it when I put resistance on raising knee. Only relief I can get is if I stretch hamstrings

      @@mansurian6403 it’s not perfect but not as bad just keep poking about massaging myself and stretching lightly. Get the knuckles in n rub about tight areas

    I got the pain when doing the cobbler's pose. While bending forward in cobblers pose, i got the pain in right thigh. It is almost 1 and half year, but the pain did not go and it affects sometimes near my groin joint while raising from the chair. Sometimes the muscle fibres in the mid of the groin muscles give burning sensation. Nowadays i feel pain also in my left thigh which was un hurt but its now getting injured.Any help would be appreciated.

      If it has been persisting for over a year, get evaluated by a healthcare practitioner to rule out any underlying causes.

    I have worst pain in both of my groin for 21 days and i am unable to do my routine work, difficult to change sides during sleep, difficult to drop stool, because I have eastern style seat. I have tried so many orthopaedic Doctors, physiotherapist, acupressure, but no results found. I am in Drastic Pain please help. These exercises are difficult to perform for me, i am thinking this will become dangerous for my disease..😭😭

    Great targeted exercises, I think I'm feeling hopeful my lingering (6 months already) groin pain can go away. BTW, should we do the exercises even when there is some pain? or should we wait until we're pain free to start strengthening? Thanks!

      satyam mishra see chiropractor I had pain to and he applied pressure pushing my knee in and I pushed out then he asked me to push knee out while he pushed in and a loud pop sounded felt better . While on my back

    I've had groin strain for a year. I started off doing lots of exercises at the beginning but admit I didn't keep it up when it wasn't as painful as it first was. Is it too late? Should I go to the doctor or try out these excercises and see first?

      I just injured my groin about two weeks ago in jujitsu. I couldn’t life my leg on its own either all I’ve done is not practiced over the last couple weeks it is getting better but is still sore enough to make me not want to use it.
