    SBC system, no need to disconnect the battery?

    What about the SBC system? Won't SBC move the caliper pistons and damage the brake system or crush your fingers while working? PLEASE ADVISE.

      post facelift w211s including the e63 don't have SBC

    Are you sure about torque in 180 NM at 11:16 ?

      Too high , Brembo spec is 115 Nm for M12 x 1.5 caliper bolts.

    I don’t think you needed to pry the pads, if you’re taking the calliper off.

      He's just retracting the pistons by prying on the pads, he even says it in the video ;)

      if you don't retract your pistons it will be hard to put the new ones in, yes the old ones are usually easy to come out because they're thin and worn.
