let me give you a summary Decat downpipes New decat 2nd freeflow exhaust leave stock muffler or it will get too loud charge pipes intake pipes tune mhd or Bm3 Crankhub 4pin and crankbolt capture congratz on 550hp
I have stage 2 bootmod3 on a complete stock car...only did chargepipes because that is a weak point on these cars...stock downpipes can handle at least 600hp from what i've heard, just don't go crazy on burbles....
Yea for real! I’m lucky I bought one right at the sweet spot during the Covid market. And that’s sick those M6’s are really fun cars. Just be careful with those V8 reliability issues….
I've been looking for a while , just bought one yesterday ( 2015 f80 with 24k miles for 49k ) i think it's as good of a deal as i could get right now , did you end up getting the M6?
i have this exact setup on my f82 and im pushing around 520 to t the wheel. since i dynod i also added my aa midpipe which im assuming gave me about 20 more horses
Hey man love the content keep up the great work I'm filling my head with much info for when I get an m4 I'm shooting for next summer. i currently have a genesis coupe I'm almost done paying off my car loan do you have any videos explaining how to tune the car with MHT?
Thank you! I appreciate that! That’s exciting you won’t regret getting one they are literally the best cars out there. Yes I I have tons of videos on several topics on these cars. I have an MHD video from a few months ago
At the time did you have any issues with firmest with the vrsf intakes I’ve been reading the forms and I’ve been seeing a lot of people been having figment issues
Trust me I cringed out too on that part. Sometimes when recording you completely blank out and you say things weird. But trust me I understand the functions and purpose of downpipes and a tune.
@@AutomotiveTherapy a car will run perfectly fine with catless downpipes and no tune, it’s perfectly safe turbo cars don’t need back pressure, less restrictive is always better for boosted cars
If you want catless downpipes then put a tune on the car. What’s the point of having downpipes if you’re not using the full potential of them? It’s better to clear the check engine light, and have it properly functioning with a tune. I don’t know anybody personally that just runs downpipes for fun, they all put tunes on it.
let me give you a summary
Decat downpipes
New decat 2nd freeflow exhaust leave stock muffler or it will get too loud
charge pipes
intake pipes
tune mhd or Bm3
Crankhub 4pin and crankbolt capture

Crank bolt capture is a piece of crap! Just do crank hub

You doing God's work
That B-Roll is Dope bro definitely keep it going, I thought I was watching a Movie 🔥🔥
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for the support! Slowly trying to make it seem more and more like a movie 🍿

Just wondering, have you upgraded the crank hub before doing this?

The only intakes to get for f80/82 is front mount intakes
Boy said downpipes will give you better airflow to the turbos I’m dead
I meant to say downpipes help push out better airflow from the turbos 😂
@@AutomotiveTherapy just overall frees up airflow
@@AutomotiveTherapy like the channel btw just clownin
Did you do the crankhub job before doing all of this?
Yes I did
Amazing video bro
I appreciate that bro!
I enjoyed this whole video, and I’m not a fan of owning a BMW but this is well informative 🗣
Thanks boss!
Says the doordash mobile drivin mf XD haha
@@rosun_official you DoorDash? That’s dope bro I got a friend that makes good money of that. 👌
@@Coleesworld Is English a 3rd language for ya?
@@rosun_official one of them, I’m just looking for you were to talking to cuz I actually have a real labor job
what about the crank hub? they are know to loosen up and loose engine timing = broken intake valves + big $ repairs
I upgraded my crankhub a few weeks into ownership. Definitely something to consider when adding power to these cars
@@AutomotiveTherapydoes doing crank void warranty?
At the time did you have any issues with firmest with the vrsf intakes I’ve been reading the forms and I’ve been seeing a lot of people been having figment issues
Nope I’ve had no issues! They fit really well in my car
Nice video as always brotha. Now, how are we passing inspection with those down pipes around here ? 🤤
Thank you brotha! The car is still new enough so it doesn’t need inspections yet
@@AutomotiveTherapy looks like 8 years and older 👌
🔥🔥🔥
crank hub should be your first mod bro.
I forgot to mention it in the video but I did upgrade my crankhub already
Ehh if you're going over 550 sure I run 510 stock it's fine
How do you do a rolling burnout , I’m new to rwd
Turn traction completely off and just punch the gas pedal. Be careful and do it on a big empty road to practice on
@@AutomotiveTherapy do you gotta hold the brake a little ? While pumping the gas in first gear? For a rolling burnout ?
@@uncutrangerz6118depends on how long you wanna do it you ll figure it out
also man another question does it put you back in the seats stock from the torque seems really fun if the car does that.
Yes.
Oh yes! It gives you a big push back you’ll love it
@@AutomotiveTherapy sweet so excited
Your missing one thing..heat exchanger
Crank hub aswell
I did crankhub first 2 weeks of ownership
Did you do the Crank hub upgrade?
Yes I did. 4pinned by SSR Performance
Do you recomend put MHD on stock m4 comp ? or its bether put donwpipes frist ?
I would do the mods first and then tune. I tuned mine 30 min after installing downpipes.
do you feel diference whit dowpipes ? power ? or only sound ?@@jrSnk555
Basically get jordantuned or f80paul lol
Did you do the crank hub?
Yes
3:30
Comp was 444 i think....
No crank hub?
Flew right over my head while making this video. Yes I recommend the crankhub fix. I got it done on my car a few months ago
bootmod3 = “bootmode”
MHD = “Manyhumbledudes”
MHD is more harmful for your car jb4 is safer
@@TheTruelakersfan Used MHD on 3 of my builds and never had any harm from it. JB4 is too out dated for my liking
