Level zero: knowing some tasks, not aware of others until consequentes emerge and jugling all but only acomplishing some. Usual the ones For others, mine for me tend to be left behind.
Ditch the to do list and go straight to the calendar sounds genius. Although thus far I wasn’t following my tasks that I’m scheduling. But maybe ditching the todo lists will force me to not take on more than I can handle
I’m in between level 3 and 4, almost at 4 and when I don’t gotta worry about the ppl in my life I’m at 4. Currently working on building routines despite my responsibilities to other ppl in my life!

I think I am in level 3 ! I know myself and what i want from life, i have gols and tasks, and I organised it in my time schedule but i still suffer on consistency 😢
