how did you get the new valve seal in. i need to remove mine (same as you show here), which im fighting now. i can only image how to put the new one in.

I pit a little oil on the outside and tapped them in by going around the seal with a Hanmer...took a while but i got it

And how many oil actuator silinoides are ?

There are four total
Four vvts and four cam sensors

Hope all is well. But it helps to record videos in landscape instead of portrait for RUclips. Zooming in can be critical for instructional videos.

Did you disconnect the battery first?
Yes...though it's not on camera..I disconnect the battery on 80 percent of the jobs I do
