That bird is GORGEOUS....Im from Hattiesburg,MS so im VERY partial to Golden Eagles..... we had one as a mascot that lived behind the football field.... till some rival team shot it with a pellet rifle and lead poisoning got him.... SUCH A SAD DAY !!!!
And some are unbelievably fast as well. The Peregrine Falcon in particular is the fastest animal on the planet and can reach speeds of over 200 MPH when diving.
Not only did Martin have a natural ability with animals, he had his beautiful person too. A match certainly made in heaven. As Martin always says, "my beautiful wife Susan". Susan and Martin together, is one formidable team. Bless you both.

These eagles are so precious. Birds have huge hearts. I've raised several crows from babies and those memories have always been near and dear to my heart. It was always difficult when they decided to leave but they always came back for visits just to say hello or to introduce their family. They were so much fun.

I love the golden eagles where I live in the country I see many of them soaring up above. They nest here so it's not uncommon to see as many as 20 at a time on occasion but mostly flying in pairs. They are my favorite bird of prey.

I found you yesterday and I saw you with the bald eagle and I was amazed and I don't think I have ever seen a Golden Eagle and it is magnificent!!! So beautiful

My heart is full when I see people with mercy in their hearts for sick and injured animals. Please don’t take this wrong. But, personally I much prefer the company of animals over people. I older I get and see of humanity, I more I prefer animals.

I love the golden eagles where I live in the country I see many of them soaring up above. They nest here so it's not uncommon to see as many as 20 at a time on occasion but mostly flying in pairs. They are my favorite bird of prey.

Bulbophile, if you listened to the vid, he wasn't staring at freedom, he was staring at a stranger outside his window that he thought of as a threat and was upset. He was visibly calmed when Martin held him. My suggestion is that you find out a bit more about eagles before you begin attributing your thoughts and feelings to them.
