I'm hoping cam isn't going to be a restriction, and the car will make enough power to get into mid 9's, with a/c still. Really looking forward to this, hopefully I'll be able to get it tuned... do you guys recommend anyone? I do have hp Tuners.. also, how's that fuel system setup? Not sure what’s going on, but I’ve seen them test it on dyno and got 400+ hp more on size matters RUclips, Richard Holdener’s page

    why is it that a smaller engine could make more power?

    • @justin_parks
      @justin_parks 4 года назад +3

      Less cubic inches, less exhaust backing up the turbo and hotside, giving the turbo the capability to produce more power. Look at 2jz engines making 1200+ hp with small to med size turbo by V8 standards.

    • @ryanaxberg9263
      @ryanaxberg9263 4 года назад

      @@justin_parks I was just thinking that different engines like that are over head cam and are just a more efficient engine which results in more power, or less power loss.

    • @yeetskeetledeet8184
      @yeetskeetledeet8184 4 года назад +2

      Smaller stroke, capable of turning higher rpms + less parasitic loss and higher thermal efficiency. It’s a combo of all these things and many others

    • @dilsher12

      Its mostly pushing more boost puts the turbo in a more efficient spot on the compressor map
