I have a 03 Sierra with a turbo lq4 and t56 swap. I blew the engine and I’m rebuilding it with a tsp 408 stroker kit. I can’t freaking wait to drive it again

I have the same trans cooler and my 4l80e runs about 170-180 in the Texas heat with fan off and fan on stays just below 170. No issues
I want it the fluid colder than that! Around 70’s here it’ll still be 160-170. Could be the lines I have. Just some more research on it and some things to try so I can get the temp down

Man, thats a sweet setup, good lookin truck man! What size motor? I'm just finishing my 1st turbo build in my 99 Camaro. I built a healthy 408 Mike Lough did his magic on the block and rotating assy., as well as his oil mod. I've got a FI 91/102 T4 that's going to go on it, fab 9", TH400, super clean 44k mile car.
What'd yall do for exhaust? Three truck sounds nasty as hell man! I really wanted to run dual exhaust, split it at the turbo and try to squeeze it thru the k member. I know it'll fit on the d/s, but idk about the other... or ill do a single 4". It will have a exhaust with a muffler and will never have fender exits!lol I can't wait to get it running! It's been a long time coming man! I'm a anti roll bar, some fluids, a drive shsft... I'm sure a couple other small things, but I'm there with it!
Your truck sounds nasty as hell man! What cam is in it? I ended up with a cam spec'd by Cam Motion, to help keep my backpressue down as the turbo is still a T4, but it's all t6 aside from that.
I have a 2001 single cab. Maybe it'll look that good one day. And have a LS in it. Just a 4.3 for now.

For that size turbo,hopefully you did the -12 drain to oil pan. I used the -10 in the huron kit and it wasn't enough drain back for my 80mm. I have v4 t6 kit from huron. I was smelling oil burning due to not having the proper drain size and was backing up. Just an FYI
I used a -10! But so far I haven’t smelt any oil yet, I do have an oil leak on the pan somewhere. Tracking that down!
How do you have the crankcase vented?
Love the content, im installing the huron speed t6 set up in a 4th gen camaro atm. If love to get the same kit like yours for my 04 AWD Escalade. Who are you using for remote tuner? The 4th gen is on a holley, i have someone for that but i would need someone for the escalade. Some tuner recommendations for the central florida area would be cool if possible
yeah I'm using Elite Tuning on a stock computer! they may also tune on the Holley system !

Rears are 295/65/15 and fronts I think are 245/45/20
Question for you, what did you have to change to keep the A/C? Looks like longer lines or something, where did you get them? I have an on3 turbo kit coming at the end of the month and definitely need A/C here in Vegas! Looks and sounds great man!
I dont know who else makes it but from Huron Speed it routes the accumulator away from the exhaust and add some length to the line, it’s tight but so far seems to work!

Funny story! Bought the truck with that headliner about 6 ish years ago. At first I HATED it but then I stopped noticing it. So far I did everything else but change the headliner 😂

It’s not! I know where it’s at and it’s after the o2 sensors. After the turbo and everything. Just a down pipe piece that I can’t get to seal all the way

Why would it shut off at stop lights? My built 6.0 does the same at times and going in reverse.
In the tune, something needs to be updated, it shouldn’t do it. New tuner and tune haven’t had an issue

I currently have a 8 pound spring in there, but 0% on the controller is about 4 psi!

The rears are an off the shelf 15x10 by bogart and the fronts are a different offset to clear the 2020 front brakes!
Are the fronts 17s or 18s? I have 2020 brakes on mine and some 17s fit and some don't it's super weird. @@SiskBuilt
