    Hi lesley! I'm enjoying and learning a los with your videos and tips, in this time when you use the pillow under you, under your stomach, don't understand good, it's for feel It allí the time during the exercise, or dont touch It....sorry about the question, my english it's so so, but little by little understanding you is easier for me...pilates is universal!!! LOVE It!! I'm learning for an integral formation in Spain...😅your videos help me a lot!! Thank you so much!!! Regards!!!

      Hi Esther, I would only use the tiny pillow to notice when you are "pushing" into it. Its impossible to not touch it. But, just a guide for people to know the difference between pushing their ribs down and keeping everything connected.
