    I don´t think it is hard enough to qualify as HIIT. Even for seniors

      Hi Jorge,
      We disagree. This workout is as hard as you make it.
      If you "sprint" as hard as you can for each of the 20 seconds blocks, you will find it a very challenging workout, no matter how fit you are.
      Both instructors in the video are significantly younger than our target audience, and both very fit individuals, who regularly do HIIT exercise. And we found it genuinely challenging, even though we weren't pushing as hard as we could (for filming reasons).
      Also, as we say in the video, you can simply hold a pair of hand weights to make it even more challenging.
