Can this help with hidden anger? I wasn’t allowed to get angry as a child and I’m sure I have lots of hidden anger that wasn’t allowed to get out. Probably why I have been passive aggressive. 💙 Thank you for sharing this!
In my experience this HELPS. I was raised similarly and practicing this along with nabhi kriya has helped me release so much hidden and stored anger . Sat Nam mah it help you 🙏🤍🌊🌊🌊
